I went there to order my drink + redeem pearl using points kat apps but i didn’t get the pearl. I told the staff about it and said bazir la points saya if i didn’t get the pearl but the male staff reply very rude ya like he replied ( mana la saya tahu ). The staff ask me to call the HQ and i did but the HQ did not pickup since its weekend. Later, when the male staff saw i tried call the HQ then he suddenly said that they can add pearl in my drink. This branch is so bad. The staffs are so rude to the customers. I get that you are doing the drinks for others, but letting us to wait for a long time without even say anything to us? The least you could do is say "Sekejap lagi kami layan" But we are waiting like orang bodo. And the staffs have the audacity to side eyed us? It's not that we came begging? The drinks are okay, but I can feel the insincerity while drinking it....

The male cashier on 28/3 at 3pm was very very rude. The moment I entered the outlet, I wasn't greeted and he looked at me as if I made a mistake or something.
