Superb ,quality coffee. I always have the "standard " Dark Roasted Long Black (Americano) in a porcelain cup with saucer. The young owner runs this coffee out of passion. Able to see a congrats and best wishes card from his grandparents. His cup of Americano cost around RM9/- however, be a member and get 5% off by giving your mobile Nos. From my experience, some other place serve their " standard coffee" so light, it taste like dirty water, unless you top up by saying you want double or triple shot, which will eventually cost more. I came here to cheat on my home espresso machine and it will have reasons to be jealous. Perhaps we need to work on our relationship—not be so clingy, work on having separate lifestyles.

This cafe reminded me: 👉 a) what a good coffee tastes like, 👉 b) what difference a good espresso machine can make, 👉 c) what difference a good barista can make (i.e. barista who is not me 🙃)!

Tables are just enough size to work on a laptop away from the street noise. They are still working on making wifi work, but if you had two coffees like me, you can power through without looking things up online. 😆

This petite cafe had a recent change of ownership, now in the hands of its current barista. Previously, they were closed on Sundays but now they are open early at 7.30am daily, and are also open on Sundays, which is a very big improvement. The coffee is reasonably priced with the cashback you get from enrolling in their loyalty program. My only suggestion is to consider extending opening hours to the evenings too, such as until 9pm, perhaps on Thurs, Fri and the weekend. Just beware of the challenging parking situation in the Taipan area, especially the red reserved parking slots nearby which can get your car...
