Kyo Chon Chicken • USJ Taipan — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Went there for dinner recently. Wait time more than 40 min. Even a bottle of mineral water took 25 minutes to serve (that was after I went to the counter to complaint). I would hv left after 30 minutes wait if payment was not made in advance. The chicken was ready (on the kitchen window) but was not serve to us as the foreign waiters are new and did not had a clue what to do. The only local restaurant manager was busy on the phone trying to fix the payment terminal issue. I love the taste of the chicken but will not go back to this specific branch. Great service from the staff. Very clearly explained the waiting time (30 minutes) due to high traffic in deliveries and shortage of certain items.

The whole chicken came absolutely perfect too. Crisp, succulent and delicious. Just wished there could be more pickled radish 🤣 Goes so well with the chicken. Soy Garlic is still my favourite. It's also great to know that they use antibiotics-free chicken.

Been here 3 times. All of that 3 visit, they didn’t have the fried rice. It is very weird cause other outlet i have been, there’s always few choices for rice. The worst part is i came once at 8PM, and they didn’t allow me to dine in. The reason is “lack of manpower”. Seriously ? When u have 4 staffs in the shop, and your only customer (at that time) is me sitting on the table and you said i can’t dine in ? Then I suggest you should just remark for USJ outlet “TAKE AWAY ONLY”. Worst outlet ever for Kyochon.
