Chagee • SS15 Subang — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Very rude for personality of supervisor, I am work within 6 days only, I service with the customer and I get wrong for ordering, she scolded me without thinking I am first that face problems tu. The customer think she is so curious towards her staff. Not only that, it always a few times already. Once her staff crush her milk tea when she doing, she directly throw the things towards her staff. And then she is also rude when I get late without asking why I late cause the road has police are checking license to some car maybe also car accident.

Once I did ways for cooking tea. Then I drop out for the tea. She seens me doing like tea tarik. She directly scolded me and her staff that which teach me like this ways. She not only scolded. She think the items are offended her, then she throw things and it almost getting me hurt for that.

Conclusion is she is rude, heartless and impatient person, and today aunty wants to cancel the drink but she say cannot cancel cause it's CHAGEE program.

She teach just straight for new staff. And this outlet of CHAGEE didn't have training before I get in for work. Don't know how dare the HR department do. There are no any CCTV and too more requirements. I can accept but I can't accept the personality of supervisor towards customer and staff.

I advise don't work with CHAGEE. So worst for staff leak. Not enough staff than starting blamed by supervisor that why you so lambat order or why so slow for doing...

Seems like I'm not the only one with something to say about the service lol. I was here at 15.25p.m. on 20th April 2023. I ordered my drink for self-pickup through grab. I arrived in time to collect my order.

There were 2 staff members. The one with glasses went to the back, and the other one was near the cashier and saw me coming in. Once I was at the pickup area, I waited for a few minutes. The staff didn't acknowledge me and started blending drinks. So I took the initiative to look for my own order. Before going off, I just wanted to let the staff know I'm taking it. I said "Hi, I'm taking this, yeah?". No response. I thought she didn't hear me, so I repeated myself louder over the sound of the blending. She said "Only one yeah?" And I said yes.

As I was walking away, I heard her mutter "Sabar la,". I MAY be a whitewashed Chinese, but kau ingat amoi x paham melayu ke? Her telling me to "sabar la" also indicated that she heard me the first time as well. I held myself from saying anything back because I was already having a bad day ((got catcalled on the way back too, typical ss15 daily experience as an XX chromosome 🤡🥴🤪)). Girl, I was just informing you that I was taking my drink 😭. Would you have preferred that I just took it and went off without your knowledge? I understand diaorang puasa, but I don't think that I did anything deserving of that kind...

Hey so me and my friend went to this chagee in ss15. It was all well until me and my friend was filming a video for our assignment, this chagee worker lady was opening the back door at first it was okay. Then when we started filming she purposely walked at the backgroud of the video. Then she suddenly said can u stop filming we are taking things from the back store. I said okay but then she started throwing boxes sooo loud and when i mean loud a girl who was wearing noise canceling headphones got scared. She then proceeded to ask us to sit else where. Which i understand if u dont wanna be in a video but she was doing nothing just loitering and standing you could go behind the store why do u wanna choose to stay at the back of where we are filming. She was so rude had the worst attitude. Honestly its just as simple as if u wanna work have some good attitude and if u dont please do not show it to ur customers we did not still we were not loud nor were we making havoc. We are students who have assignments to do indirectly supporting amd promoting your shop. We are only in this world for a little time i understand having a bad day but showing this kind of attitude to people who were nothing but nice is kinda 🤷🏻‍♀️ just a review a critic hoping for...
