One of the best Mazesoba I ever had so far located in Subang SS15, 1 store away from dáo.
I tried Menya Hanabi in their Sri Petaling branch long time ago. Noticed they just open their new outlet in SS15 & thinking to give it a try.
Their shop is spacious & can accommodate quite a lots of customer as they got individual table & also bar table which good for 1 to 2 person.
They provide physical menu & will take order once ready.
3 of us order 2 types of Mazesoba, Gyoza & Korokke.
I would recommend to order Nagoya Mazesoba DX if you like more variety such as big piece of char siu, Japanese soft boiled egg & seaweed.
The best moment is upon added in small scope of warm white rice & stir it together with the balance of the gravy. The staff will come to offer to add rice the moment they see we had done eating the noodle.
Not to give credit to the well cook Gyoza which is crispy at the texture & juicy with a lots of meat within it.
Korokke is also good choice as a appetizer.
Offering free cold water make them a generous & great Japanese restaurant.
They accept TNG DuitNow QR payment.
I would definitely want to...

Tsukemen (5/5) Honestly the best Tsukemen I've had in Malaysia. Truly an experience. The dipping soup was perfectly seasoned with generous amounts of pork inside. The soup was so pure that you could feel the gelatin coat your mouth. The noodles were springy and refreshing and put them together. Boom!
Tonkatsu (4.5/5) The Tonkatsu is also really good. No complains here. Rich PROPER Tonkatsu soup. But unlike the tsukemen it is very balanced with a more delicate noodle.
Gyoza (3.5/5) Nothing to shout about here. Gyozas are homemade, but probably just an add on for customers who wanted variety. Can skip. Go for the ramen.
Charsu (4/5) Charsu is good, but not spectacular. Fat melts in your mouth, well seasoned. (If you enjoy pull apart pork, then you will enjoy this) Wouldn't order extra portion, but noodles are given a good enough portion.
Environment is clean and well ventilated. Hope they keep this up. May get warm if a lot of people as kitchen is open...
Read moreWas carving for some Japanese ramen and this fit in perfectly. Their broth is thick, eggs is done well with cold and tasty yolks, pork was tender and come with slight surface burned, the pickles is thick and crunchy. For my preferences, would hope the soup to be slight stronger and alittle more spring onions. However, their Ramen is good.
Their signature happens to be a type of dry noodles, where you mix in some vinegar and finish it with rice. I would absolutely go back and give that a try.
There's still other selection in menu, including some side dishes like gyoza, tempura, etc..
Staff will greet you welcome the first thing your in the restaurant, and are attentive towards customer, they even pass me a basket to place my sling bags which is really sweet.
Cold water is available for free at every table.
Places can be alittle small but thankfully air cond is strong enough to cover.
My ramen come in a price of Rm35...
