While the quality of the kuih is generally good, I will not be returning after this deeply disappointing experience. The customer service, particularly in dealing with the manager (I was informed her name is Syafiqa), was unacceptable. I placed an order for kuih for 25 pax for an event and requested delivery, which the business agreed to. The delivery was scheduled for 1PM to ensure everything was in place for a 2PM start. I contacted Kueh about 30 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm when the order will be picked up. I received no response. By 1:30 PM, there was still no communication. I attempted to call more than 20 times and also sent several messages, all of which were ignored. At 1:45 PM, I had no choice but to leave my responsibilities at the event and drive to the shop myself. It was only upon arriving at the premises that I received a call from the Lalamove driver stating he had just arrived. It was already 2:00 PM. Kueh only responded the following day and made no attempt to take responsibility, instead shifting the blame to Lalamove. While I acknowledge that Lalamove shares some responsibility, Kueh’s complete lack of communication and accountability is unprofessional and severely disrupted the flow of my event. When I raised the issue and requested compensation, the manager responded in an evasive and dismissive manner. She claimed to have been in a meeting and deflected responsibility to her staff. More concerningly, despite my clear request for a 1PM delivery, Kueh only scheduled the pickup for 1:00 PM instead. When questioned about this, the manager chose to argue on a technicality, stating that I should have specified delivery “by 1:00 PM” if I wanted it to arrive on time. Such reasoning is unacceptable for any business that values reliability and customer satisfaction. The Lalamove receipt also showed that order was picked up at 1:49PM despite the delivery scheduled at 1PM. While that may be Lalamove's fault, it should have been Kueh's responsibility to ensure pick up was on time, especially so when the Lalamove details were not shared with me. I have supported and recommended Kueh in the past, but after this experience, I can no longer do so in good conscience. Extremely unprofessional!

Not a bad place for Malay food. The nasi lemak and ayam goreng rempah was tasty. It was served with a generous portion of ikan bilis and peanuts plus two slices of cucumber. The sambal was not overly spicy and tasted good. The chicken was richly spiced. The nasi hujan panas and ayam masak merah was not as good. The sambal was too salty which spoiled the whole meal. The nasi was not great and it have been better. The yellow curry gravy served to accompany the sambal was not too spicy but tasted nice. Price wise is okay for dining in a simple cafe. The place is nicely decorated and not overly fancy. It is clean and pleasant. They sell kuih so you can also enjoy some desert. The seri muka pandan was not too sweet which is good for those not wanting sweet stuff. The kerla gula merah was tasty but too sweet for me. Okay for those liking sweet kuih.

A very unique take on warong styled casual dining experience within. This place puts it several notches higher compared to what you typically encounter from the street or shopping malls. The ambience within is relaxed and unrushed, absolutely fantastic. If there's one thing really good here asides from their large selection of kuih muih, it's the freshly made-to-order teh and kopi beverages. The drinks are an almost perfect compliment to whatever dish you have ordered from the menu. Come around for late breakfast or brunch and make an order for fresh lempeng, a savoury pancake like snack served with sambal ikan bilis. It, is, to die for. Warmly recommended whenever life gets too hectic outside and you need a brief getaway from the rush.
