Foxhole Bakery Cafe in Subang is the kind of spot that instantly makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in. With its warm ambience, rustic touches, and cozy corners, it’s perfect for both a lazy brunch or a casual coffee date.
The food menu is impressive hearty, creative, and full of flavor. Their brunch plates come beautifully presented, balancing freshness with comfort. Whether it’s a savory dish like eggs with perfectly seasoned sides, or something richer like pasta and sandwiches, the flavors feel thoughtfully crafted rather than just “put together.” Every bite has that homestyle warmth but with cafe level finesse.
Of course, no cafe visit is complete without coffee, and Foxhole truly shines here. Their coffee is smooth, aromatic, and brewed with precision not too bitter, not too light, just the right balance to satisfy both casual drinkers and serious coffee lovers. From a strong flat white to a velvety cappuccino, each cup has a quality that shows they take their beans and brews seriously.
And then, the cakes and bakes are a highlight that keeps people coming back. Their selection is both indulgent and Instagram worthy. The cakes are moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet, striking that perfect balance where one slice is never quite enough. Whether it’s a classic chocolate slice, a fruity creation, or something rich and creamy, each dessert feels like it’s made with care rather than mass-produced. Pairing a slice of cake with their coffee feels like the perfect way to round off a visit.
Altogether, Foxhole Bakery Cafe is more than just a place to eat it’s a space to linger, to enjoy conversations, and to savor food that feels both wholesome and indulgent. Read moreVery good restaurant in the area that offer good food and good ambience. The chicken is very tender and juicy and properly cooked, the egg is very tasty too. Coffee just standard. The foreigner workers service are not bad. 5 stars for the cafe.
But 1 star for some of the selfish customer and I have nothing associated with the premise. Some just came here just order their 1 piece of cake or 1 cup of coffee and bring along their work with their laptop, and munch their cake for 1-2 whole hour. If you want to do your work in a comfortable place, go OT at your work place or go to some meditation centre or internet cafe la. At least you're being paid or you pay for the allocated time. I dont think you really that enjoy the coffee or cake for whole hour, you're just enjoying being able to abuse the cafe status and get the table occupied.
I know there is no written rules but please be reasonable la, other customer come here to enjoy their meal and leave, when there are long queues outside, please be aware there are other hungry customers outside waiting and be reasonable. It's same like being selfish double parking without leaving any contact information. 1 simple meal took me 1 hour plus.
The owner of the premise open business for profit, and customer come here for their service and meal or coffee, not for earning your few ringgits and let you sit for whole hour and being ignorant when the foreign workers hinting you there are customers outside waiting. They're already considered good without bumping you directly asking you to leave, and if do so and will get 1 star review for the 'bad' service for the waiters instead because you all can abuse the google reviews. Totally...
Read moreFinally got to try this place. Me and my friends heard a lot about this place in terms of their breakfast selections and their platters. Queuing up is basically not uncommon at this place. If you do get in and if somehow there's many more ppl outside queuing up, you got about an hour to eat and have to leave and make room for other customers. If there's not that many ppl queuing outside, then you can have more time and relax.
The breakfast we ordered was salmon scramble, farmer's toast, croissant with pulled beef or lamb and poached eggs on top. All are pretty standard and delicious.
But there's this chicken and waffles combo type my friend ordered. That one was actually the highlight because of their special sauce like maple syrup mixed with their own bbq sauce maybe, to make it taste like sweet savory taste that somehow works. That breakfast dish itself is the reason I would definitely come visit again and order that the next time for myself.
Drinks like orange juice and lattes are good enough I guess. Prices are actually quite moderate for the food but you will notice the drinks are the ones that are pricey like all above 10 ringgit. Basically eating by yourself would cost 40-50 ringgit. So if don't want to spend much on drinks, just order plain water.
Staffs are quite efficient and friendly. The interior is not as big as I thought, hence why ppl have to queue up if they're late for certain time. They have a lot of cake selections and pastries as well but haven't tried it.
Overall, I enjoyed eating there. Just that it's far from where I'm staying. But if I'm craving for that chicken waffles, then I will go again haha. Recommended for ppl who wants to have nice...
