Stopped by this noodle shop that's set up in a semi-detached factory setting. First off, parking here is a hit or miss. It's pretty limited, so it feels like you need a bit of luck to snag a spot. Definitely something to keep in mind if you're driving.

Service-wise, they nailed it. The staff were attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. It's always great to see a team that’s on top of their game, especially in a casual dining spot.

Now, let's talk noodles. Honestly, they weren't quite my cup of tea. They were a bit too soft for my liking, kind of giving off an overcooked vibe. I prefer my noodles with a bit more bite, so that was a bit of a letdown.

But here's the good part – the soup was tasty. It had a nice flavor that kind of made up for the noodle situation. It was one of those soups that warms you up from the inside, which I really enjoyed.

The presentation of the food was pretty impressive, too. They serve it in this super hot pot that's steaming like crazy – it's like the shop's name, 'Sauna', coming to life. Definitely added an extra touch to the whole experience.

I visited Mama kim with high expectations, and I must say, the culinary experience was quite impressive. The cleanliness of the environment was commendable, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere for patrons. However, I couldn't overlook the shortcomings in the service department. Despite the clean environment, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed to lack attentiveness, requiring patrons to actively seek their attention for basic needs such as fresh cutlery or soup for the hotpot.

In summary, while the food presentation and preparation at Mama kim are top-notch, there is certainly room for improvement in the service aspect. With more attentive and proactive staff, Mama kim could elevate its dining experience to truly...

Mama Kim lovers anyone? This is my to go place whenever I feel like having something soupy and hot especially on rainy days.

We ordered 2 set of Sauna Mee Fish (RM21.90 each) and of course I need to have the brown rice while she had her usual pumpkin noodles. To complete our meal, we ordered our favourite Natural Fruit and Flower Tea (RM15.90) which comes in a pot which can be shared among 2 person.

With the above, we both left with happy tummy and oh ya, I went to several outlets of Mama Kim before but somehow we both felt the soup here is nicer hence we also patronise this outlet.

We really hope Mama Kim’s management will consider opening an outlet in Petaling Jaya because we had to travel all the way to Puchong just to eat this (why Puchong itself need to have more than an outlet wor)?

And it can be quite challenging to find a parking space here if you compare it to their another outlet at Layang-Layang. Hope something can be done for...
