Nando's • Main Place USJ — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

We patronised d outlet in Main Place and the service was atrocious . When we walked in d malay lady (thin n tall) waitress stared at us wondering why d hack you r here. My mother said table for 4 n she again stared n looked at the “so called manager of the outlet” who was at the cashier. Since there was no response my mother saw a table for 8 at d end of d restaurant and walked towards it. As she reached d table she saw 2 sets of empty table at d elevated. space. When my mother asked if we could go there she immediately said “ No that section is closed”. Reluctantly we sat on d large table n made our order. Then within minutes a chinese family of four came n they were directed to be seated at d elevated area. When my mother enquired the waitress ( the same person who attended to us at d first instance) she said d manager opened the section now. Soon a malay couple came n they too were told to take their seat at a different table at d elevated space. We cant think of anything else but felt discriminated. To add on food was served so late n proper cutleries were not given. Probably the waitress n the manager thought we would eat our food with our hands. Sad. The service there is just too terrible. The staff are not friendly and dont even care if we customers need something (refill drinks). If the staff are too lazy to assist in refilling the drinks that we had to go to counter to ask for refill instead, why not just put the refill in a place where it's easier for us to refill ourselves just like other outlets? Also, the table is dirty? I brought my niece and noticed the table is sticky. So i cleaned the table just to find that the whole table is actually very dirty? Just wanted to clean the sticky area as my niece is touching the table and licking his hand. So to avoid my niece licking dirty thing, i ended up with a lot of dirty wet tissues used to clean the table that seemingly look okay and just sticky in some area lol. Even mamak's table is cleaner lol. Will be my last time coming to this place. Enjoyed my previous visits despite finding boogers on sofa before as they had a good service and the foods are good. Now the foods are dry (chicken not juicy, rice is dry) and service is terrible. The staff are not happy at all that there are customers like we are...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Nando's with my family, and I must say, it was an absolute blast! Let's begin with the food – Nando's truly excels in delivering mouthwatering dishes that leave you craving more. Not only was the food exceptional in taste, but the portion sizes were also incredibly generous. As a result, we left the restaurant feeling fully satisfied and content.

The ambiance of the restaurant was vibrant and energetic, creating a lively atmosphere that enhanced the overall enjoyment of our visit. The staff members were attentive and friendly, adding to the positive experience.

While ordering the food and making the payment, I did encounter some difficulties. However, the manager promptly came to my assistance and kindly suggested that I could settle the payment after we finished our meal. This gesture of understanding and flexibility truly impressed me.
