I am happy with all the services except for this long hair lady captain that wears black (other staffs were beige uniform so I assume she is caption since staff needs to go through her when asking question). i came, I saw queue of a family of 5, so I would just like to find out if there is a table for 2 available or at least to find out how long if I need to wait. this caption rudely telling me I must queue. of course I do know I need to queue, but if you have many tables that is available for 2, but not for the family of 5, of course you see what you could do for the best customer experience? even when I was paying at the cashier, no questions asked like "how was your visit or how was the food" maybe a simple"everything good?" would help, not NO, she just said, "check your bill" "how you want to pay" PLUS NOT EVEN THANK YOU PLEASE COME AGAIN.
