Soooo I went to this place for their Ramadhan Buffet on March 30th Saturday, everything was smooth from making reservations (thumbs up to the guy waiter that let me choose which table I'd wish to sit), he even informed me to come early at 6.30pm and let me in early at 6.30pm (my slot is 2nd session: 7pm - 8.20pm) so that I could choose and place order on tablet.

So when I came in at 6.30pm, the belt is not really full w sushis but got some la, we took some of it and ordered some more sushi, udon, ramen, drinks and desserts from tablet. All orders came to us within 10 minutes!

More people coming in at 7pm but at that time lesser and lesser sushis on the belt. Orders made from tablet took quite some time to reach to them. Around 8pm, the belt is empty. We tried to add on order for desserts at 8.10pm but not reaching us up until 8.30pm, had to call and asked the waiter — being told that the dessert has sold out.

By 8.30pm, there was a long queue outside of the restaurant (for 3rd session reservation) and just wondering is it worth for them or not since orders will take so long to make, conveyer belt is empty and some of foods are sold out. We left at 8.30pm.

My verdict for this buffet ramadhan: Come for 2nd session (7-8.20pm), do come early to choose and order foods and voila trust me it is going to worth your...

Had sushi king for lunch today at Lotus Puchong outlet as I was craving for it. However it ended up to a whole disappointment. I never had issues with Sushi King until today. Firstly when I entered, no staff greeted me and I had to bring myself to the table. The staff knew I was there but acted blind somehow. If the outlet was busy, I might consider but there was only 3 tables during that time. The environment wise was noisy coming from the kitchen. As for the food, salmon was not fresh and had a bitter aftertaste. Prawn batter was way too soggy and left out for quite sometimes, no kitchen crew was bother to check on the food freshness. Only thing I enjoyed was the green tea and edamame. Honestly saw some bad reviews on this outlet too while writing this review. Really a bad experience today after going to Sushi King for many times. Personally I think all Sushi King need to have the same consistency on Food Quility Check and customer service for...

Sushi King used to be famous and good many years ago. But quality and service dropped a lot. The sushi conveyor belt had lots of macarons, seriously? The salmon sushi on conveyor belt colour looked dull and not sure fresh or not. The unagi donburi, the egg over cooked and too salty, too much soy sauce inside the egg. Then the hotpot chicken set waited so long, when served only make it hot. Wondering what took so long when the restaurant not much people. Then, the miso soup normally comes with soft tofu cubes but here changed with fried tofu cubes. XD

Like the other comments, the restaurant was hot and not much air-con. The whole experience really not good, had to go to McD for second round. Then, the Sushi King logo really funny, the previous one was better. Hope next time will be better, maybe...

Ordered a kitsune udon. Literal noodles in a bowl with three pieces of tofu skin and it still took them more than 15 minutes to bring the food out with an almost empty restaurant. When we asked where the food was it was immediately served, as if it has been set aside for a while. When the food was out it was already cooled off so it really makes you wonder why they held the food off for so long. Perhaps it’s a strategy to make customers take more conveyor belt sushi while they are hungry waiting for food. Staff who served us the udon was also unfriendly, doesn’t know how to respond to please or thank you.
