I've been a customer at Tealive since it opened and I feel the service is getting worse and worse. Initially they made me sign up for a membership card that gives no benefits at all and I can't use the points, horrible customer service when contacted abt it (taking days to reply and not actually answering the question), there were some drinks that took too long because the person heard wrongly but didn't remake the drink because they forgot so they added more syrup into the same drink and I ended up getting a thick syrup instead of a drink (happened at GM klang outlet), I could go on and on. But most recently I was rushing somewhere so I purposely ordered 3 hours before and paid in advance using the tealive app, but when I went to collect at this outlet, my order hasn't even been made because my order wasn't registered when I clearly ordered from this outlet. What's the point of me ordering early just to wait for the whole drink making process? This is the last straw for me. Tealive dissapointed me too many times. I'm not buying from...
Read morethe store was empty when I arrive to order my 2 takeaway drinks (only 2 drinks, and it's not even those iceblended which normally took longer time to make) waited for 20mins for my drink. people who ordered later already walking away with their drinks. the staff did not follow the number and it is very disappointing. they are slow and not like some Tealive outlet where the staff are very fast servicing. The worst is the staff did not make it a point to check if the drinks are sealed properly which ended up spilling my drinks while I was on my way home. my drinks were dripping wet upon reaching home. Read more2 Pekerja shift pada 23.7.2024, Tealive branch main place mall, jam 7.45 PM - 8.00 PM, anda berdua memang tidak diberikan training on how to treat customer ke ? Muka memang masam and buat air sambil membentak. Dont know whether you penat working the whole day / kena marah with ur boss or else, but please just a 2 cents, pls pls be professional when attending ur customer. at least give a SMILE !!!!! Dont show ur muka masam serupa laki mati to ur customer.
Im not a fussy customer but previous experiences being attended by other staffs (male) all were okay. understand they are tired but still can give a smile and even say thank you.
