Teppanyaki @ The Mines — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Was here for their Chicken Teppanyaki, main course was alrite, portion was big, taste was was Okie lar not that bad nor that excellent, the chicken was juicy though and the side vegies were cooked to my liking👍🏻 but é gyoza was a bit not up to the standard-bit cold & it's filling was way too little-very ciput🤭 But one thing I love is their fried garlic, no issue of asking extra

Had their promotion course set that cost me merely RM25 including tax, I would say rather than having the small little dessert or gyoza or miso soup better to include a Green tea perhaps, otherwise good to just order the main course by itself and bring your own water as their sides ain't worth the value🤭

Went ard 2pm+ & not much people dine-in ard that time and service was fast, didn't had much issue with their service crew, all Okay👍🏻

& Do Njoy é nice view from the 'outdoor'...

I was walking around the mines looking for a quick food after the BBW. I saw Teppanyaki are quite empty and thought of having it.

Unfortunately, when I said quite empty, it means only 2 - 3 tables are occupied but the foreign staffs are busy chit chatting.

I have been waving for them numerous times to pass me the menu but they just ignore me and continue their 'interesting' chat.

One of them serve a table in front of me ccupied by 2 ladies where one of them bring in 'outside' food. Seeing him chat happily, I assume he knew them and allow her to eat all other food in the restaurant. Again, after his chat with that table, he continue ignore me.

It is a shame that seeing the staff like them picking customer to serve.

To the owner of Teppanyaki, if you ever wonder why your business doesn't improve or declining, this is one of the reason....
