Service is slow. If you order drinks for many people, the drinks come one by one with longer time interval. I faced the issue whereby i had to remind the workers how many more drinks not served. After waiting more than 25min, the last drinks was not even delivered. It seemed they also forgot about our last drinks. I couldnt imagine how long more i have to wait if i order food (i ordered drinks & cakes only). The cashier need to improve communication skills. When i order using the QR code, it seems the server did not respond until i went to the cashier. They seem to blame my phone line connection instead of checking the server. Last 2 years it was perfect. Now i need to lower the rating. Arrived there close to 12noon but the cake rack still unfulfilled. The toilet needs improvement and please close the door to toilet become janitor's room next to real toilet. It was not a pleasant view.

My son ordered kids menu(crumbed fish) but it was not well cooked. Can't cut the fish because it was like melted and not hard enough. Returned it to the kitchen and the cook said it was already done(absolutely nope) but for my confidence he cooked it for another round. Only after second cook my son can use his knife and fork to eat it.

Convenient and one of the good cafes here. Food and drinks are the standard Secret Recipe quality. Spacious and inviting. Wide space between tables. Excellent ambiance and decor. Connected to a superstore, Pantai Timur Supermarket. Hence, it is a perfect place to meet or hang out with friends. Nice and neat place to chill and enjoy your cake and drink your coffee...

The only thing is parking space. Very hard to get.

The staff here is friendly, but may not be very knowledgable. Perhaps it is communication or language / dialect problem.
