Really enjoyed my time here with my wife . The coffee was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while — smooth, rich, and full of flavor. Whether you’re into espresso, lattes, or just a good cup of black coffee, they’ve got it covered. I also tried one of their cold drinks, and it was super refreshing — perfect for a hot day.

The food was great too! Everything tasted fresh and was served hot. I had a small meal along with some snacks, and everything was flavorful and satisfying. Good portions, nicely presented, and came out pretty quick too.

The place itself has a cozy and welcoming vibe. It’s clean, comfortable, and a nice spot to relax, meet up with someone, or even just chill with your laptop. Staff were friendly, polite, and made sure everything was good throughout my visit.

I’ve noticed lately that the food at Gloria Jean’s has really gone downhill. It used to taste so good, but the last three times I’ve been, it’s been disappointing.

I thought by now things would have improved, but nope. This being fourth.

Most of the staff was completely fine. However, there was this one woman with clear frame glasses that rolled her eyes at my friends and I when we requested separate bills. I understand that it may be difficult for the staff to fulfil this request but it is not acceptable to have this attitude towards your customers. She also forgot one of our sandwiches, despite the fact that we paid for it. This is extremely disappointing as we were in a rush and could not go back to retrieve it.
