Scubaspa Maldives consisting of two similar 50 m luxury liveaboards, Yin and Yang. With their 11 m width and a capacity of between 35-40 guests, there is hips of space for everyone on board. One of the standout features of Scubaspa Yang is its perfect blend of diving and spa facilities. As a member of the Scubaspa Maldives Fleet, it offers passengers the opportunity to indulge in both thrilling underwater adventures and rejuvenating spa treatments. This unique combination sets it apart from other liveaboards in the Maldives. The interior of Yin and Yang is designed to provide great comfort and relaxation for its guests. There are numerous areas on board where passengers can unwind between or after the dives. Each of the yachts is accompanied by a separate 20-meter dive boat (also called a dhoni). These two vessels carry all the required equipment, including the dive gear and air compressors. And the diving in the Maldives is world class, coming from two dive professionals with thousands of dive, among Raja Ampat, Komodo National Park, The Banda sea and Alor. The spacious and beautiful dining area offers panoramic views, allowing guests to enjoy their delicious meals while taking in the extraordinary sceneries of the Maldives. The food is just fantastic and it's hips of it. Outdoor terraces provide additional spaces for relaxation, perfect for soaking up the stunning surroundings. For those seeking more intimate settings, there are secluded areas where they can chat or simply enjoy some quiet time. The mid deck of Yin and Yang is dedicated to the spa and a decent sized gym. Here they offer different types of treatment and massages. All cosmetics that are used onboard were made for this boats. They also offers yoga classes on board Scubaspa and some times on some of the many islands they are visiting. The guests can relax on the two spacious sun decks, one in front and one on the top, basking in the warm tropical sun while enjoying breathtaking views of the ocean surrounded by the atoll. Additionally, there is a jacuzzi available for use outside on the top deck, providing a luxurious way to unwind and pamper oneself. In conclusion, Yin and Yang from Scubaspa Maldives is two exceptional liveaboards that offers a unique combination of diving and spa experiences with an high level of luxury, quality and service. With its spacious interior, panoramic views and fantastic smiling crew, it gave us an unforgettable journey through the beautiful waters of the Maldives. A special thanks to the awesome crew and lovely management for having us on Yin and Yang for one unforgettable week 🙏

In the enchanting realm of scuba liveaboards, the Scubaspa Maldives Yang Boat stands as a paragon of luxury and adventure, a true jewel in the oceanic crown. Embarking upon this vessel is a transformative experience, one that has irrevocably elevated my standards for underwater exploration. Accommodations aboard the Yang are a marvel. The Cowrie Suite, nestled in the bow's lower floor, is a spacious sanctuary, reminiscent of a grand oceanic palace. Its expansive bathroom, with a shower built for two, evokes a sense of indulgent comfort that rivals the finest on land. The culinary journey on board is a gastronomic odyssey. Mornings begin with a symphony of flavors, featuring French toast that eclipses any I’ve found and croissants that could make a Parisian weep. Evenings are a celebration of the sea and land, with sumptuous steak and fresh fish gracing our plates. It's a global feast that both delights and satiates in equal measure. The dedicated dive boat is a masterstroke in design and functionality. Spacious and thoughtfully laid out, it boasts an upper deck adorned with bean bags, perfect for post-dive relaxation under the sun or stars. The attentive staff and crew, Mr Jim and Webi especially, with their constant smiles and personalized greetings, add a heartwarming touch to the experience, making each return from a dive feel like a return to a family of friends. Underwater, the Maldives reveals its treasures in a spectacular array of dives. Each plunge is a new narrative in an aquatic anthology, filled with vibrant marine life and mesmerizing seascapes. The absence of a whale shark sighting is the only lament in an otherwise flawless underwater escapade. Had such a magnificent creature graced us with its presence, it might have been the pinnacle of my diving career, a moment so sublime that all future dives would pale in comparison. In conclusion, the Scubaspa Maldives Yang Boat is more than just a liveaboard; it's a floating utopia that merges luxury, adventure, and a deep respect for the ocean. From the warm welcome from Antoine, the formidable cruise director, and Charley, the dive manager, to the spectacular staff and crew, it has not just met my expectations but has surpassed them in a fashion so complete that I fear I am forever spoiled for any other scuba experience. Thank you, Scubaspa Yang, for an unforgettable journey through the underwater wonders of the Maldives.

Just wow! We just came back from our Scubaspa 8 nights „Best of Maldives“ trip. Overall one of the best and most luxurious experience I’ve ever had with diving sites that blow your mind. Clear communication, easy booking process, smooth arrival and check-in. The rooms are all very good and reasonably sized. We stayed at the Dolphin Suite with a panorama window. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing with each night themed in a distinct style. Bar service was on par with world class barista and cocktail art. All staff went above and beyond. Everywhere you can feel the attention to detail. The days were all perfectly planned out with some time to snooze and chill in between but it was never boring. Dive crew and overall operations are on top level. Every guide/instructor speaks perfect English and makes sure all of your dives are fantastic. Each dive site was amazing. Undoubtedly some of the best dives I’ve ever had (and I travel to Raja Ampat a lot). Don’t worry about being on one ship with the same people for a long time. There are enough spots to give yourself some private time. We were really lucky with our group and met some amazing distinctive people who enriched our whole experience even further. The things that could be improved are minor: 1. They wait for late arrivals. So, you cannot go swimming on the first day. In my opinion people should arrive the previous day or exactly on time to allow a timely departure. 2. Soft drinks should be included in the price. 3. Internet/Wi-Fi was a constant struggle. It would be great to have unlimited or reasonable data packages included. Our 5GB package was used after 3 days of checking emails. However, the awesome Cruise Director Thomas found an acceptable solution for us after some time. 4. Cleaning of equipment is not up to my standards. However, that is a really personal view and every diver is responsible for their own gear. Some more cleaning options like additional rinse tanks or showers would be appreciated though.

We had our first stay aboard the ScubaSpa Yang in January, 2021. The entire experience was amazing! When you book your trip, you are assigned a customer service agent. Our agent, Iza, was truly a God-send. We booked our trip just before everything closed down due to COVID-19 and traveled as the pandemic continued. Iza answered every question we sent (there were A LOT) and did so inside of 24-hours. Her responses were always informative and reassuring. ScubaSpa even arranged for us to take a PCR test on the boat so that we could transition to a resort after our week on ScubaSpa. Our transfer from the airport to the ship was easy and smooth. We were picked up early by the ScubaSpa staff member and transported to the ship via the dive boat we would use the rest of the trip. Our bags were delivered to our room while we enjoyed a tasty welcome drink. We were given a tour of the ship and appreciated the cleanliness as well as the number of places where we could relax and catch some sun on the boat. There are several sun decks as well as covered areas so you can get as much or as little sun as wanted between dives (or spa treatments). The crew were fantastic. All were kind, friendly, and conscientious. Our dive guide, Shappe, was knowledgeable and observant. The food was absolutely delicious. Normally, all meals are served buffet-style, but there were only 5 divers on our boat, so lunch and dinner were 4-course (appetizer, soup, main, dessert) meals. Every plate was outstanding. In fact, after our week on ScubaSpa, we transferred to a 5-star resort, where we were underwhelmed by our meals because the ScubaSpa experience was so outstanding. The diving was a lot of fun! White tip, Black tip, and Silver tip sharks gallor, turtles, manta rays, stingrays and whale sharks! For those who love finding the itty-bitty creatures, there is plenty for you to discover as well! The dive boat is really well organized with secure bins for your gear, hangers for your accessories, and a warm spray after each dive. Although the culinary team keeps you full, there are snacks and dry towels after each dive. The breeze on the main boat is strong enough that you can hang your swim suit between dives and it is dry before you have to put it on again. This was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime vacation. By day two, we were already plotting how to come back to the Maldives and dive with ScubaSpa. If you’re considering a dive trip with ScubaSpa, do it! There’s a reason that they have such a high rating -- they are the best in...
