If you just want to enjoy a nice burger, this is your place. But if you want to receive a nice treatment service, this is your place too. I really want to point out the nice treatment of this establishment.

The other day, I ordered some food by the typical ordering app. The point is that the courier never arrived and I was supposed to lose my money and food.

I decided to go straight to the establishment and I explained what happened. They helped me with the application in order to receive any kind of answer from the assitance team. But that was not all. They told me that they would prepare another order for me for free!! Despite it was not their fault, they prepared for me mannn.

I really appreciate this gesture. It is not that easy to find these kind of things. Besides, the order was 20 euros, I mean, we are not talking about a cheap order for 6 euros or something like that precisely.

On the other hand, of course, I point out the food too. The burgers are very tasty and fulling. They offer different options, not just burgers, wraps, sandwiches and many portions too.

Absolutely incredible. How can a tiny food truck like this have the best street food in Malta. Or gozo, but actually better than anywhere in Malta for an undoubtedly cheap place. They have so many different types (some of which I've never tasted) of deep fried nibbles, that it is worth going there just for that. The cheesy onion rings are in a league of their own. I had the very basic, regular beef burger for 4.5eur. The meat was cooked medium-well, it was so big, juicy and absolutely delicious. The bun was also otherworldly, not sweet but with a fluffy consistency and awesome taste. I asked for it with a salad (inside the burger) instead of coleslaw. I feel like coleslaw would be too much. Instead go for the salad version and you can choose between a large number of special and rare types of sauces. Next time I'm there, I will be back for sure. This place had better not be missed if you like...

Foods are fine but terrible services and extremely long waiting time. If you speak English but not their language, think before you go, probably they would put your order at the lowest priority - after all take away orders from Bolt foods, orders from phone calls, then priority goes to those waiting at their kiosk but who speaks their language… We ordered only two foods and we’ve been waiting for an hour. The gentleman ordered 2 mins before me got his foods 20 mins before me, the lady ordered 15 mins later than me but got her foods at the same time as mine, despite chasing them since 40 mins waiting. They just kept saying coming soon. Better go for proper restaurant with 1 hour waiting in a nicer environment...
