Gorgun beach — Attraction in Għajnsielem

Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Mgarr harbour, this small beach is one of the most idyllic and peaceful swimming spots in the area. It is frequented almost exclusively by locals and is very quiet and private. Gorgun beach is very clean and hosts a wide variety of sea life, making it great for snorkellers. Its large boulders, clear blue water and hidden-away feel make it s place straight out of a dream! Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere interesting and off the beaten path. Lovely little rocky beach in Mgarr! It’s really secluded and quiet and there are also parking spaces just before you arrive at the beach which is quite handy. The water is super clear and the only thing I advise is to be attentive on the wet pebbles as they can be slippery....
