Wasn't the best experience me and the wife arrived it wasn't to busy and ordered drinks while browsing the menu...we thought the pizzas coming out looks quite good...so we both order two pizzas 1:parma ham 2:meat lover...anyway a couple of tables arrived after us ordered food and low and behold there food arrived before our pizzas...after get the attention of the waiter we asked where we're our pizzas we ordered over an 1hr ago he looked confused even though he took the order..started pointing at menu say which ones were they again...is said it will be on your iPad our order and he continued pointing a menu asking which ones...clearly they hadn't been ordered...he then went to the kitchen and said they will be 4 minutes👍 anyway 25minutes later by this time we where rather hungry my wife's pizza turns up which looked good and then mine....my pizza was completely covered in rocket leaves I thought I don't remember seeing that on the menu description for the meat lovers but I thought oh well cut it up and took a bite and I could taste courgette cherry tomatoes but no meat....so I started dragging the mountains of rocket leaves off the top and thought this isn't a meat lover pizza it was more veg than meat...I was if a vegetarian pizza return had gone back to kitchen and they throught add a tiny sprinkling of some unrecognisable meat on top and then covered it with the islands supply of rocket...I shouted over the waiter who nervously said it is a meat lover pizza I said come on Where's the meat...I said I'm not eating that take it away please...he came back and said we will make you another but I refused... 1h 30 to make a pizza I couldn't wait any longer...we got a take out box for the wife's pizza and asked for the bill....the waiter came over and had the cheek to say we haven't charged for your meat lover pizza I just laughed paid for the other food and drinks and left.... Not...

We just met the rudest and most horrible waitress in the whole Malta or even in my whole life. Shes was the only waitress ive seen in this bar today October 23rd October daytime. Petite, maybe 5'2 tall , bleached blond haired tied in a ponytail with a heavy eye make up. Probably in her 30s.we went in to ask for the loo because my 5yo was desperate while walking along the beach and its the nearest place . We saw her and asked to use the loo then with a very unwelcoming face almost looking annoyed, she said Yes but only for customer so my husband said we will buy a drink. My husband also noticed this when he asked for the drink menu. While waiting for my son to finish i checked the menu, happy hour for cocktail at 3pm. Thats nice, i asked her if i can take it to the beach , she said yes again without any hint of a costumer service attitude. After a while, i went to the till, i was gonna order a pina colada €6.00 buy 1x get 1x for free, thats a good deal. While at the till ,the rudeness continued while i was ordering i opted for a milkshake because its a few minute before 3pm. I was planning to come back and bring my friend for a happy hour. While she was making the milkshake, i tried making conversation but she totally ignored me so i asked her name ( i dont know if shes heard me or she just ignored me) so finally i was getting annoyed, i said to her that it will be nice to see her smile at the customer at least... she answered " Did u not see the SMILE?!! In an angry sounding voice. We've left and not planning to come back. Ever... What a horrible person...

The food took more than 2 hours to come and was ok at best and was also very oily, the pasta bearly had any sauce so it tasted like plain spaghetti, had like 2 pieces of guancale and it was way to expensive for the price. During the wait we had to ask for bread and only brought it right before the food came. The servers brought out all the food on the table but then the server did not put in 4 portions of pasta and we had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Also the table was infested with ants so we were not comfortable as a group and the bathroom was very dirty. When getting a reservation the man on the phone was impossible to talk to and did not compromise. The servers were rude and would not care about us and after repeatedly asking for water, cups and utensils they never arrived. We had to explain about our order and coffees at the end 5 times before he understood. The manager saw us struggling and just left not greeting us or anything, he was just sitting down staring at us.
