Interesting experience in a buffet style mideterran restaurant. For someone who is used to having this type of food in another country the food was really different. By different I mean while it had all the same names it looked different and was prepared differently. For example the tzatziki was far more thicker. LOCALE ELEGANTE CON SPECIALITA' LIBANESI Ho cenato in questo elegante ristorante più volte mentre soggiornavo con mio marito (Fulvio) all'Hotel DB Seabank nella zona di Mellieha. Ero dubbiosa, perchè non avevo mai cenato in un locale con tali specialita'. Ma in albergo ne ho sentito parlare così bene che mi sono ripromessa di provarlo. E' stato il Dottor Edmond Attard con la sua professionalità e gentilezza che ha descritto i piatti proposti a darci la spinta giusta!. Mai scelta fu più giusta! Il pane piatto con formaggio ed altri ottimi ingredienti mi ricordava un po' le nostre piadine o focacce, e l'ho trovato squisito. Lo stesso per il cous cous ed il riso al cardamono.
