If I could have, I would have given this place 0 stars; they almost killed my father. We have dined at many beautiful, fine dining restaurants around the world and we have never been so disappointed and disrespected. There were 5 of us and we like to try a bunch of different flavours so we ordered 3 appetizers and 4 main dishes. We indicated that we would be sharing everything and that my father is allergic to fish and nuts. We asked if any of the items we ordered were a problem and nothing was indicated. We also ordered cocktails to start and a bottle of wine, so we were not being “cheap”. When the starters came out, the server told us what everything was, including the beef tartar that he then poured a caviar sauce all over. As soon as he did it, we all were shocked. When we indicated again that my dad was allergic to fish, he shrugged and said “oh well”. The chef then happened to be at another table and came over to ask what was wrong. When we indicated what happened, he said there was nothing that could be done. And then when we asked for plates to share what was in front of us (excluding my dad from the beef tartar) they then told us that they would not bring us plates because “they don’t do that here”. This was not indicated at the time of ordering from our server or we would have just changed our ordering. They were completely rude about this. We didn’t feel that they were taking my fathers allergy serious so we no longer felt safe for him to eat there. It was absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever had.
