Rabokk Restaurant and Pizzeria — Restaurant in Nadur

I am always reluctant to leave a bad review, but I’m afraid our experience tonight really left me little choice.

We have ordered from this restaurant several times and never had any issues. Tonight was different. Simple order through Bolt, 1 pizza and 2 portions of fries. Order arrives and everything is cold.

We contact Bolt who were monumentally unhelpful and did nothing. From my experience, the order had been sitting waiting, maybe under hot-lamps, while a delivery driver arrived. Bolt insists the delivery time was within target - but if the food was already cold this is irrelevant.

Sadly, we will not use you again, and in no small measure this is because of how Bolt handled our complaint. Sadly we will have to recommend others avoid you too because if there is a problem there is no redress, no assistance and no attempt to resolve...

Absolutely ashmaded and embarrassed for waiting for 1.5 hrs for two pizzas. After asking for more than two times to check about the food, still being left with no service. Went to ask at the bar about the orders since the waiter had left us standing, to realise that they had not only forgotten our order but the actual the waiter who took the order forgot he actually took OUR order. Absolutely disgraceful. At 11 pm and still left with nothing. Not only did they ask to see if we wanted the food but a British family asked if we wanted a piece of pizza as they pitied us being left without anything . Rabbokk is much more than a pizzeria and snack bar. This is a local restaurant and meeting place on the Nadur, Gozo square. With a full menu ranging from breakfast on the weekends, to tasty Italian, Maltese, American, and yes, excellent pizza. The mouth watering dishes are sure to please any appetite.
