McDonald's — Restaurant in Jeju

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been to.

This McDonalds is the worst when it come to customer service and cheat people on food. The McFlurry I ordered and the ice cream cone were half filled. I never been to a McDonalds that served their food like this. I attached photos of the portion I received. It is ridiculous. The bottom of the cone was empty and only the top was covered. The McFlurry I had to complain to the staff that the cup was less than half. She said “it is how they make it in Korea”. I stated “no it is not, I live here 2 years and I never received anything like this.” Then the other lady looked at the cup and said “yeah that is too low and added a bit more ice cream to the cup. Not a 1st choice place. Only if left with no choice. Their food incredibly becoming smaller but pricier.

The food is also becoming saltier. And interesting their service standards has dropped.

Whatever happened to serving ur food fast. Previously they had a minute hour glass . The moment they finish taking ur order they flip the hourglass. And have 30s to serve u. If not u get a free ice cream. Now they...

McDonald's always my last choice and safest choice. With it's standard quality, taste, convenience and price. Yes, my last resort if i cannot find my local favourite food!

If pay by card, can use the machine to order. If by cash then need to order at counter.
