Directions: Took a taxi from the airport. Fee around 6000-7000 won if recall correctly. Reached hotel in 15 mins.||Service : Unable to check in as we reached in the morning but there was free luggage storage. Good and friendly staff. Able to converse in English without major issues. Helped with booking of taxi to airport on checkout day.||Value : Ok. Booked via Agoda. Comparable pricing (plus minus) with various hotel agents sites.||Wi-Fi: Free in room. Decent Wi-Fi signal.||Room : Level 4 room. Standard Twin with Ocean view. 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed. Window view was the sea /road. Able to fit in 3 medium luggage. TV never used. Heater worked ok. Electric Kettle and a small Fridge was available. Toilet/bathroom no issues. Aircon worked ok. Room was near level lift. ||Food: There was a restaurant on L2 but we didn't use. At lobby level, a bakery shop and convenience store were also situated at the end that is opposite to the lift to rooms.||Sleep Quality: Good. No serious disturbance.||Laundry: There were coined washing machines at L1. Did not use.||Cleanliness: Decent. No major issue.||Swimming Pool /Gym: Not aware of.||Location: OK. Beside the sea. Good for strolls to nearby jetty area and see sunset. Walkable to night market and nearby there are restaurants. Beside it was a large Emart supermarket where groceries or food can be bought. ||Overall : Stayed 3 nights. Relax Stay. Good location....

I stayed at Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel for a week during the chilly January season, and despite the coastal winds, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel is located by the coast, which is beautiful—but do expect strong winds during winter. That said, the rooms are heated well and my view of Mount Hallasan was nothing short of breathtaking.||The staff were consistently courteous and helpful. There’s a café in the lobby and a GS25 convenience store inside the hotel—both of which came in handy for meals, snacks, and last-minute needs. One thing that stood out was how they helped arrange a taxi for my airport trip during check-out. That kind of small gesture goes a long way.||I arrived early and was ready to pay the early check-in fee, but unfortunately, the room I booked was still occupied, so I had to wait.
