McDonald's — Restaurant in Vienna

We ordered chocolate latte and caramel latte by mccafe today and it was horribly sweet , she filled half of our glass with the syrup because her pump wasnt working and the syrup bottle was almost empty so she just poured all in our glass and that made our coffee super sweeet !!! She didnt even gave us water . I returned the coffee and told her that the coffee was sweet that you cannot take a full sip from it , she just simply answered me that it is supposed to be like that , i requested if she can make a new one , she said yes but left me waiting there for 10 minutes . They couldnt even apologise for the inconvenience,which is really important when you are working in a service industry.

In overall the service is just really unpleasant !! the staff was really unfriendly . Their faces were looking very annoyed. Our order was taking very long because the staff was alone , she has to take and at the same time do the orders while her colleague was just simply taking her time refilling the display with cakes ,instead of helping her colleague out. The staff who was doing all the orders was under stress because there were many customers waiting in line.

Mcdonalds / Mccafe may not be a 5 star coffee house but please hire staffs who are happy , competent and enjoy doing their jobs. I know that at the end of the day fastfood job is not easy and it is tiring. But that doesnt that as a staff you can be mean to...

If I could give this store 0 stars for costumer service, I’d do it in a second. I visited late last night (around 11 pm) and ordered a medium sized coke (which as usual was mostly ice but that’s a story in itself), wasn’t provided with a straw though and when I asked for one, I just got an angry “No” from the guy who was handing out the orders. I was stunned, then another guy came along and asked me what I had ordered, I answered and he elaborated (in comparison to the plain “No” I got before), claiming “straws are just for shakes. So you don’t get one for a coke”. This is such ridiculousness. I came back though today around lunchtime, as I had little time for lunch due to my flight being early in the afternoon. I just had a bacon and cheese cheeseburger this time, as I didn’t want to drink a soda through a plastic with no straw. My friend however, who ordered a coke, was given a straw for her coke without even asking for one (there were different people at the counter at that time than the ones that served me). Should McDonalds really have a “no-straw for coke” policy, which indeed would be abhorrent, at least make sure that all your employees comply with it. Otherwise it comes across as preferential treatment of your customers (in my case, you can already count me as a...

My girlfriend and I went to this McDonalds to get a ice coffee and needed to wait in line, since they didn't have one at the ordering machines. After we paid, we needed to get it from McCafé area, but the ladies working there told us it wasn't possible since they had no ice anymore. They sent us back to the line to get our money back. We waited again in line and the guy looked at us funny and took some ice in a cup and went back to McCafé area with us. Once we got there, magically our ice coffee appeared, even before the guy gave them the cup with ice. We took a sip and it was the worst drink ever. They probably simply put everything they had left in a cup and said it was ice coffee, but it felt like one of those drinks at collage parties where you mix too many drinks in a cup. Horrible experience! It is simply the audacity to actually request money for such a misery of a drink that made us very mad. It tasted like sewage water. Also when we asked what was inside the drink, the ladies at McCafé looked at us with disgust, saying that is ice coffee. We know this was simply a lie, since we always get ice coffee...
