The service here didn’t come with a smile and you felt like they just wanted you in and out as soon as possible. This may have been because they were closer to closing time so perhaps go earlier in the day for better service. They had also run out of a lot of stuff. We spent a week in Bacalar and did our own taco tour. We kept coming back to this place. It wins our favourite restaurant of the week. The torta bread is super fresh, the drinks are big and delicious, the tacos all far out do anything else in town. I highly recommend this restaurant. Puntos buenos: está bastante céntrico. Llegas rápido por estar muy cerca de el centro histórico. Esta rico la verdad, nada que no volviera a probar. Aceptan tarjeta de débito y crédito, cosa que casi ningún lugar (que no sea dirigido para extranjeros) tiene aquí en bacalar. El lugar luce pintoresco con murales y pinturas muy bonitas. Afuera tienen columpios. Las mesas están distribuidas para atender a grupos grandes como de 10 personas y también hay mesas para dos. Venden litro de frijol negro, muy rico. Tienen abanicos para que no te de tanto calor.

Puntos malos: no tienen clima. La comida está ligeramente cara para lo que es y a lo que sabe.( Sin embargo está un poco más barato que la comida de la plaza que esa si está reventadisima de precio) Las sillas están durísimas, súper incómodas. Pura tabla. No aptas para artriticos o gente con problemas de cadera

A veces hay mucha gente, por lo mismo, el servicio puede ser lento, según cuando y a que hora vallas.
