Clase Azul La Terraza Los Cabos — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

This place is average at best. The restaurant and boutique remind me of a bottle of Clase Azul. Very nice to look at but at average tequila.

When sitting at the bar the bartenders were extremely nice and explained everything. I chose to start out with the ANEJO (1 ounce pour) and ginger beer pairing (1400MX = $80US). There pairing was good. Was it worth $80US... not really. Roughly there's a little over 25 ounces in a 750ml bottle of Clase Azul. If you take 25 ounces x $80US = $2000US. For my bottle of anejo I paid maybe $300 - 500US. Let's just say that my taste buds weren't impressed. Also, one other thing to add is that this is Clase Azul which means the only spirits served is Clase Azul... or wine and beer. So if you're looking for maybe different spirits this is not the place.

The same would go for the food. The tartar looked impressive but wasn't overly impressive and the pork with pumpkin risotto was great as well but nothing to really write about though everything was picture worthy.

The place (though I thought would be bigger and not in a shopping center) was intimate and quiet on a Saturday night where I would expect for it to be packed. Unfortunately, there were only a few guest which meant a lot of workers just standing around.

I the end I spent about or over $600US including tips and left feeling cheated. Overall, just not the best that...

Terrible experience please don’t come here. You would think of all places in Mexico this would be a place where racism was less prevalent. I arrived in cabo eager to purchase a clase azul limited edition day of the dead bottle. I was turned away due to the fact that I didn’t have a “reservation email”. Funny enough I did have one, but they refused to accept it because I am Mexican and look young. The sale representative kept discriminating by making remarks such as “when you have enough money to purchase one you’ll get your reservation email” and “you don’t have a reservation because you don’t have enough “purchase history” “you’ll know what a confirmation email looks like if you ever would to get one”. I just wanted to see what the reservation email looked like. I spoke with Samira the customer concierge and she backed up the fact that no reservation was necessary only available bottles. Which there were. A man comes in with the same reservation email and is sold the bottle simply because he wasn’t of color. I was racially profiled and it’s shocking and I’m appalled at this experience. The sales representatives were Omar and Angela please don’t be fooled if they try to give you the whole speech of “you need reservations”...

If you’re in Cabo and looking for a spot that blends incredible food, stunning vibes, and next-level tequila, Clase Azul is a must. From the second you walk in, it’s clear this place is something special. The design is beautiful — super artsy but still really welcoming — and the whole atmosphere just feels elevated without being stuffy.

Let’s talk about the tequila, because wow. Clase Azul is already known for their ultra-premium tequila, and they’ve brought that same level of care and craft into the restaurant experience. The tequila and mezcal pairings are unreal — smooth, flavorful, and perfectly matched with the food. Even if you think you know tequila, this place will probably change your mind (in the best way).

The food itself is incredible. Think modern Mexican with a creative twist — bold flavors, beautiful plating, and clearly top-tier ingredients. You can tell they put a lot of love into everything that comes out of the kitchen.

Service was also top-notch — friendly, knowledgeable, and totally on point without being overbearing.
