This place will make your mouth water as you approach from the sidewalk outside. It's a casual, clean and welcoming atmosphere. But the menu and food brings a ravenous smile to those who came to eat. Read moreMy wife and I have been here twice in the last three years and we have nothing but great things to say about El Mezquite Grill in La Paz. The food and the service are top notch! I normally do not rate a restaurant on their service. I rate them on their food because that is what I am there for.
Our first time here I ordered the 1.1 pound double cheeseburger with fries and a perfectly grilled fillet with baked potato and salad. It was absolutely mouth-watering and delicious. On our second trip we both ordered the fillet with baked potato and salad and they did not disappoint.
If you are not paying attention while driving and looking for this place you will miss the restaurant so look closely and enjoy!

Read moreThis place was AMAZING! I enjoyed everything. From the time we stepped in that restaurant. I loved the marinated jalapeños they were so GOOD! We had the octopus as an appetizer and my husband said he would drive back for just their pulpo. He had the burger with bacon he loved it. The food is the best I had in Mexico. I can’t wait to go back to La Paz for this restaurant every time. It’s a spend the night in La Paz. I live in Los Barriles and the night drive is scary and dangerous! I’m so upset I only shared my photos on Instagram. So I can’t share. I had a shrimp cake dinner. idk the name but it was so yummy. My daughter had the filet mignon it was spectacular. Perfectly cooked. The prices of the meal was reasonable wasn’t cheap but worth every penny. I wish I had photos. Next time I...
