My wife and I came here on a weekend evening and opted for the tasting menu with pairing and tried some additional dishes as well. Nice ambiance with a modern interior setting a great vibe. The service was extraordinary, the waiter explained all the dishes thoroughly and even included some history of the region with the dishes. The restaurant was accommodating for my wife’s gluten allergy which was great. The food was solid - standouts were the kanpachi tostada and the gazpacho. Read moreDining at this gem in La Paz was an unforgettable experience! The highlight was the chef-owner personally visiting our table to share the story behind his menu. His passion for his craft shines through, especially in the house-aged local beef and fish, which were bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. As a local, his pride in showcasing the region’s ingredients made the meal even more special. The ambiance is equally remarkable—the restaurant is housed in a beautifully restored former schoolhouse, blending historic charm with modern elegance. Every detail, from the decor to the service, felt thoughtfully curated. This was a top-notch experience from start to finish, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone seeking an authentic, high-quality dining...

The vibe of the place is laid-back but classy, and the service was great—friendly, attentive, and chill.
If you’re in La Paz and love good food, Maduro is a no-brainer. Already planning...
