Buzos — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT! My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate her birthday and she walked out in tears. The service, the food, and the drinks were terrible. We ordered drinks, but were not told the size or magnitude of their margaritas. We ordered two margaritas thinking they were just a regular size but they came out with huge jumbo margaritas. They did comp one of them, but this was just the beginning of one of the most terrible dining experiences I've had. My husband ordered a burger, my son ordered fettuccini alfredo, my younger daughter ordered spaghetti with butter, my other daughter (the birthday girl) ordered a pizza, and I ordered the spicy baja lobster roll. My husband's burger came out first. He had to start eating without us because our food never came out. He finished his food and we still waited well over 20-30 minutes to receive any of our orders. My daughter's pasta came out second and then the pizza. About 10 minutes later, my spicy lobster rolls came out. These were not spicy and most definitely not lobster rolls. The lobster meat was tough and tasteless. It was brought out on two separate slider buns - not on the type of bread you'd expect for a lobster roll. Also, the bottom of the bread was completely BURNED. We all finished eating and my son's fettuccini alfredo still had not arrived. My kiddos ordered glasses of water to drink and these were only brought out after asking for them about 3 times. The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. As a family, we enjoy sitting around the dinner table and sharing a meal, especially on our birthdays. This place completely ruined that experience for us. Me gustaría darles el mejor review porque creo que se lo merecerían desafortunadamente no es así , pasé por todo el malecón e incluso me regresé por que su menú y comida se miraba deliciosa , se tardaron en tomar mi orden no estaba ocupado, no recuerdo el nombre del mesero pero el joven un chaparrito me tomó la orden , ordené chilaquiles con huevo y chicharrón , jugo verde y un late con leche Deslactosada, Salió el desayuno primero los. Chilaquiles le pregunté al mesero que me los trajo que donde estaban mis tragos? Enseguida se los traigo… me trajeron un café americano y jugo de naranja…?!!! Le pregunté al mesero que era eso? Me dijo es parte de su paquete, le comenté que yo no sabía que venía con café y jugo de ever sabido no abría ordenado el jugo verde y el late, pregunte por el gerente o capitán me dijeron que no estaba le dije quien está encargado que nadie el muchacho que me dijo todo esto un delgado despota alto muy malo muy mal servicio la comida se miraba rica tenía amber pero por esos pequeños detalles me fui sin comer pero le dejé saber al mesero que tomo mi orden que lo que el me ofreció como mesero estaba muy mal…. Suerte que pésimo servicio ofrecen. Entrenen a sus meseros mejor con calidad para el cliente hay muchísimas opciones para desayunar en el malecón pero escoji el suyo por como la comida se miraba, somos damas y caballeros sirviendo a damas y caballeros.

Yo soy mesero y lo que yo hago lo hago con orgullo y dignidad mis comensales y clientes son mi prioridad.

I would like to give you the best review because I think you would deserve it unfortunately it is not like that, I passed by the whole boardwalk and even returned because their menu and food looked delicious, they took a long time to take my order I was not busy, I do not remember the name of the waiter but the young chaparrito took my order, I ordered chilaquiles with egg and crackling, green juice and a latte with lactose milk,

Breakfast came out first the. Chilaquiles, I asked the waiter who brought them to me, where were my drinks? I'll bring them to you right away... they brought me an American coffee and orange juice...?!!! I asked the waiter what that was? He told me it's part of his package, I told him that I didn't know it came with coffee and juice of ever knew I didn't open the order the green juice and it beats, I asked about the manager or captain they told me that he wasn't there I told him who is in charge that no one the boy who told me all this a thin despot tall very bad very bad service the food looked delicious it had amber but for those small details I left without eating but I let the waiter know that I took my order that what he offered me as a waiter was Very bad.... Lucky that they offer terrible service.

Train your waiters better with quality for the client there are many options for breakfast on the boardwalk but I chose yours because of how the food looked, we are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.
