Here’s the thing… I’ve been coming to this spot for a long time. I came when it was called Sweet and Fit and I continue to come under its current name. The choices and food are quality and I have no complaints there. But I’ve bitten my tongue for so long about one particular thing, and after countless times I feel that I finally need to say something…

It never fails: the staff is unfriendly and always has an attitude with you over every conceivable thing. There’s one girl there who has been there for as long as I can remember who has the most miserable attitude. She has tattoos and curly hair (in case you want to look out for her). Even my own friends who’ve visited noticed her behavior without me even drawing attention to it. Also, there’s a gentleman who works there who has an earring. He’s always in a miserable mood. Can somebody please explain to me why you allow people like that to be the face of your business? The general vibe and energy of the customer service is immature and unprofessional....

I went twice and loved it. So I ordered an egg bagel to go without chicken or bacon. I took it on a picnic to playa balandra. When I opened up the package I found it with chicken with bacon and the egg done done the way I had asked. I was unable to eat it. I hadn’t checked it becuase I trusted them - they have many vegetarian items - but I should have - I had waited more than 25 minutes and in the end had nothing to eat for the whole day. Very disappointing. And a waste of money. Thank you’d the offer unfortunately, due to my plans I was unable to return before leaving. I was going to and knew you would honor that. I do appreciate it. And I wish I had had time to pass by again. I just didn’t want to spend precious hours explaining that as a vegetarian I can’t eat the chicken snd bacon. Perhaps you...

Tengo mucho tiempo siendo cliente de este lugar, había llegado a ser de mis preferidos siempre recomendándolo a mis amigos. Me gustaba su concepto de comida saludable, sus desayunos me parecían muy ricos. Reservé por la mañana una mesa para desayunar, al llegar estaba lleno, nos dieron la mesa pero nos tomaron orden 15 o 20 minutos después, pregunté a la mesera el tiempo estimado de espera para bebidas y alimentos, me contestó que era el normal. No fue el normal, en realidad nunca llegaron ni las bebidas ni los alimentos, después de casi 1 hora nos fuimos, antes de irnos pedimos pan o repostería para la espera y no tenían, todo lo anterior (el que no haya nada de repostería, no tenían hot cakes ni waffles y el tiempo de espera) se pasa y se entiende porque es domingo y pocos lugares atienden bien en domingo a las 10 am peeeero la actitud de la persona en caja encargada (cabello chino con lentes creo venezolana) fue peor que todo lo anterior, nos grito que cancelaba nuestra orden y prácticamente nos dijo ya váyanse, le explicamos que había mesas que tenían sus jugos/cafés y llegaron después de nosotros pero estaba molesta, nos acercamos a pagar el jugo y la galleta que lograron llevarnos pero contestó: así es y ni modo, después le dijo a los meseros que si la gente viene apurada que les digan que no hay servicio. Esta chava ya tiene mucho tiempo ahí y siempre es así, prepotente y con cambios de humor, sólo cuando están los dueños es amable. Ojalá que no la dejen de encargada ya que últimamente no he visto al que era gerente y tenía buen servicio siempre. Por mi parte aunque era de mis preferidos, no volveré. Creo que la atención es primordial en cualquier negocio y si no hay alguien que atienda eso, no funciona ninguno. Aparteee, en domingo y sin nada de repostería horneada ni hot cakes?...
