This ended up being my favorite experience in Mexico. I don't normally eat anything in Mexico other than Mexican food but I popped up in my search and I'm glad I trusted my instincts because I ended up coming back twice in one day. During the day I tried a few dishes and the chef Andres let me know his other chef friend (from carbon carbon was doing a pop up) so I ended up coming back for that. The food was amazing for both times , the atmosphere is also fun and trendy and they were playing great music , the staff were all very friendly. Read moreIt’s like a “hole in the wall” walking over it felt that way as we crossed the street. We sat at the bar, as we like to do for sushi spots. Our waitress spoke English well and her spanglish made it easy for my fiancé to practice his Spanish. We started with an order of oysters. We loved their take on the oysters, all 3 were a different taste and we had a second order so we both could try each. I’m allergic to shrimp so we didn’t try the gyoza but it looked amazing. Love this spot, highly recommend. Props to Andres and...
Read moreI had an amazing dinner at Sabaku in San Jose del Cabo! 🌟
If you're looking for a great spot with a cool, relaxed vibe, put this on your list. The place is beautiful, but the service is what really made the night special—staff so friendly and helpful! I’m no sushi expert but staff found a way to help me pick the best pairings.
And OMG, you HAVE to get the crab hand roll. I’m not exaggerating when I say it might be the best thing I’ve eaten all trip. So fresh, so crispy, so perfect.
10/10 experience. Can’t wait to go back! #Sabaku #SanJoseDelCabo #CaboEats #CrabHandRoll...
