Starbucks CM Los Cabos — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Wanted to review this store because I know they aren’t upholding a couple of Starbucks brand values of consistency and quality. They had the pumpkin cold foam cold brew advertised on their screen but could not figure out how to make cold foam. I even tried to help them by telling them the recipe for the sweet cream that makes the cold foam and they still were just blending whole milk and unable to produce foam. They were nice enough to try to make my drink again but they just kept telling me it’s “different here” which I know is not true. Friendly service while the kids grabbed a couple of cold coffees not far from our resort. Los Cabos had been hit pretty hard by tropical storm Irene and most stores and shops were closed (which was no problem since our resort had more what we needed), but we were happy when Jazmin served us a couple drinks and a WiFi password. (WiFi was down all week at the Grand Krystal Palace so this was our first time to get online). It wasn't much better at this Starbucks, but did give us a few moments of free Internet.
