I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was mediocre. The facility is small and is located in a strip mall at a walking for distance from our hotel. As i arrived I needed to have my nails done and was wanting a facial as well and they offered both. Well, kind of. The facial is really a facial massage since they don't do the extractions. But since I was in a hurry, I overlooked it. It felt good and, hell, I'm starting my vacation, right? The lady who helped my was a great massage therapist but a terrible nail technician. I asked for French tips on my feet and hands. It was clear that she didn't do it frequently and I asked her to redo some of the nails but decided to relax and let go. The French tips were so thick that they didn't dry fast enough and of course they got messed up and by the next day the polish was giving up already. (Not to mention that the way they do it is horrible. The beginning of some nails weren't painted and others had the sides overpainted). I didn't want to waste my vacation time going back and just decided not to get upset. 3 days later my hand nails were completely coming off and I wanted to try their hot stone massage, so I went back and asked to have my nails repainted as well. She wanted to charge $15 just to paint my hands and I refused so she said she would charge $15 for feet and hand and even though I thought it was expensive (I pay $5 in San Diego) I agreed. This time I asked to have the nails painted completely white since my French experience was a total failure. Again, thick as hell. Pictures of my nails on the next day are attached. Let's talk about the hot stone massage; it was not a hot stone massage. Not the traditional one, and even though I never had one before, I am a non-praticing massage therapist (and I told her that) and she didn't follow the techniques it requires. The stones were too hot and she knew it because she used her hand more than anything (thank god for that, because she did have a firm grip) and didn't place them on my back. Anyways, I didn't complain again. I liked massage overall, but wouldn't do it again. My believe is that they count on having tourists as clients and as the majority don't come back every year, a half done job is enough.

Surprisingly amazing we were staying across the street where they were trying to charge us $200 a person for a 50 minute massage we decided that was too much and we try the place across the street Natura Spa which was honestly one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever received the attention to detail not only on the upper body, but the legs was amazing. My wife got the Swedish and she said she loved it. The staff was very friendly & professional place was small, but very clean and well put together. Not to mention only $50 per person for a 60 minute massage. I would definitely visit this location again when I come back to Cabo and do you recommend it to anybody looking for a great massage.

Amazing! Booked an 80 min Swedish massage ahead of time. Got right in. Place was clean and inviting. I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Such a wonderful massage and good quality. Highly recommend. I left feeling so much better.

My wife and I recently visited this spa for a Deep Tissue couple massage, and despite a one-hour wait due to short staffing, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Maria and Sol went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.

Both Maria and Sol are truly the best masseuses – their professionalism and experience shone through during our session. Despite the initial wait, their exceptional service more than made up for it. They created a relaxing atmosphere, and we left feeling rejuvenated and de-stressed.

The spa itself is a safe and welcoming place for families. We had our 5-year-old son with us, and the staff ensured a comfortable and secure environment for him while we enjoyed our massage.

We wanted to express our gratitude by leaving a tip for Maria and Sol, but unfortunately, the card machine was not working, and we were short on cash. The next day, we were unable to return to tip them due to a tight schedule and a flight to catch. To Maria and Sol, if you're reading this, we sincerely apologize for not being able to show our appreciation monetarily.

Despite this, we want to emphasize our gratitude for the exceptional service. Maria and Sol, you both are truly remarkable, and we can't thank you enough for the wonderful experience.

The next time we visit Cabo, this spa will undoubtedly be our first choice. Looking forward to another amazing massage experience with...

I called at 6:45 pm to see if my wife and I could get a last minute massage before our dinner at 830 PM 1/21/21. They answered said they can be ready by seven which was perfect considering it was a four minute walk from the Hyatt across the street. I went in open minded considering it’s in a strip mall type building. But when I got in the staff was still extremely friendly and for those who are Covid concerned they had the shoe disinfectant as well as temperature checks before you enter as well as just being and smelling all around clean. Who I presumed to be the owner went through all of their specials which were fantastic but unfortunately we only had time for our 60 minutes. They got us upstairs to the couples tables and it was quite small but work perfect. Our technicians were great, courteous and professional. Again it is cozy so do you expect and in frequent customer speaking loudly in the lobby before someone shushes them. The only complaint I really have as I’ve been to my resort three times and just now I’m finding this establishment. My resort has great service as well but it is very expensive. I may have to get multiple massages on my vacations instead of the single massage I get at my resort when...
