BAJA TERRA Vinos y Pizza — Restaurant in Baja California

I found this restaurant on google after leaving the casino next door. I called and ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and sausage, they don't serve sausage. The pizza was a flatbread type, rectangle with a crust. It wasn't the best pizza, I personally didn't like it but my boyfriend did. I also bought one of the biggest stella artois I've ever seen in mexico. It can be pricey, for the pizza and beer, I paid a little over $400MN. I didn't have much interaction with the employees, except for the one who greets you at the door and takes your temperature, he's also the one who brings your food out and charges you, very nice young man, very polite and smiled...

Anoche Enero 25, 2019 una amiga y yo visitamos este establecimiento. En una ocasión anteriormente otra amiga y yo habíamos visitado el lugar en el cual no tuvimos buena experiencia con el servicio. Es lento, no son amables, no están al pendiente, etc. En esa ocasión estaba relativamente ocupado así que cuando me mencionó mi amiga ir ahí de nuevo decidí darle otra oportunidad, GRAN ERROR!!!! Llegamos y pasaron varios minutos antes de que nos atendieran. Por fin nos dieron una mesa y tardaron más o menos 10 minutos para tomar orden de bebidas, las bebidas si las trajeron en un tiempo razonable. Nos dejaron el menú sin preguntar si teníamos alguna pregunta. Como en mi última visita se tardaron para tomar la orden decidí pedir ahi mismo un aperitivo en lo que decidamos que más pediríamos. Pasaron 15 minutos antes de que tuviera que llamar al mesero para poder pedir una pizza. Nos comimos nuestro aperitivo que también tardo en salir y estábamos esperando la pizza. Pasaron 45 minutos cuando un mesero nos quiso retirar los platos y fue ahi que le comentamos que aún no nos traían la pizza. Una srta nos abordó y nos dijo que iría a ver cual era el problema, regresa y nos deja saber que la orden jamás se metió. Obviamente esto fue muy molesto y decidimos pedir la cuenta e irnos. Nos trajeron la cuenta con solo las 2 bebidas y pensamos ingenuamente que por el pésimo servicio no nos cobraron el aperitivo PERO al darse cuenta de eso en menos de 2 minutos regresó la srta y lo agrego a la cuenta con pluma. We have eaten here 4 times. The first time they were out of many menu items. They said it was due to an event from the weekend. The second time, they were out of other items and offered substitutions that they also were out of. The third time, we only had sangria and wine so it was good. We just tried again.
