When we got there, he had to go on the waiting list, which didn't take long, maybe about 20 minutes. We were called on the phone to let us know they had a table ready for us. When we walked, a lady who greets you at the door and writes your name down for the waiting list pointed out where to sit, which was upstairs. When we walked up to our table, it was dirty because the dishes hadn't been picked up yet. We waited for them to clean it and sat down. We sat and looked at the menu and were ready to order, but no waiter was around, we gave them a couple of minutes as it was busy, but still no waiter. My husband had to literally flag one down, and we let him know that we hadn't even been asked what drinks we wanted. He then asked us what kind of drinks we wanted and ordered our food. We literally waited almost an hour to get our order taken!!! After that, it was almost 40mins to get our food and drinks served, which they didn't serve all of us together it was literally one person at a time, ridiculous!!! Nobody apologized for the delay of the horrible service. Can't complain about the food because it had a good taste but the service was HORRIBLE!!! I didn't want to make a big deal out of it as we were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and I didn't want to ruin it, but they definitely need to pay more attention to service because when it comes to leaving a tip they're quick to collect it and look at how much you're leaving them! I really hope management or the owner get to see this review so he can bring it up to the attention of his/her workers because it will hurt their business...
Read moreIt's a very cozy place. It could get crowded really fast. Don't let the name fool you, as an adult you can go an eat without feeling out of place. I have seen families, couples, group of friends; as I have experienced it's a normal restaurant with a plus. That plus would be the spa service. The food is quite good, the dishes that I have ordered until know have been quite good and I consider their prices to be acceptable according to the quality and quantity ratio. Honestly I was expecting an expensive place because of the decor and area and I was happy to be proven wrong. I'm a tea drinker and I was surprised with their big selection of beverages, until now I'm still ordering drinks that I haven't tried before. The place is small but fortunately it has a second floor, it doesn't help too much when a lot of people arrive, until know I have never waited for a table but I have heard that sometimes you have to wait for a while. The waiters and waitresses have always been very professional. There is a big TV where most of times they're...

Management: Please do not overlook the details, since it’s the details that make the difference and make the restaurant stand out. -some servers need to appear more presentable. I could spot white food stains on their black pants and aprons. As if their clothes hadn’t been washed. bathroom door needs to be fixed, it doesn’t open completely and scratches the floor. sink vanity/pedestal needs to be well glued to the floor. It’s wobbly. And the soap dispenser is ceramic, it can fall and break at anytime. please invest on a better mop and bucket. The one I saw the server use is so small and super dirty. Black, literally. the coffee mug was chipped and so was the mug they use to deliver the check. A chipped mug is a No-no and two chipped mugs is negligence for a restaurant with your prices.
Not trying to be mean, just an honest opinion. It’s these “little” things that make the difference between an upscale restaurant and an...
