Bland rice, chicken teriyaki was just as bland and only the shredded fried chicken had flavor...of chicken. Awful presentation of food. Corporate really needs a chef to prepare the food, the kids are clueless in everything, never going back there. The mint tea (bagged) was great, of course its hot water and steeped, pretty easy. Why don't they ask if you'd like Wasabi or soy sauce or chopsticks or anything? It's sushi and teriyaki, wake up! Other than that, worst customer service ( barked at by kid behind counter when i asked for restroom then we asked for room temperature water for a child and were told there is hot or cold, no warm, so I suggested to please bring both and I'll mix it, but it took repeating before she agreed to...

the rolls were good and the price for all the food was very affordable. only problem would be the udon noodle soup, the broth was great but there was very little actual noodle in there. we brought it to our waiters attention and after some time, they added more to our soup free of charge. very grateful for that. also was open fairly late, later than the rest of the shops at least. don't expect to taste authentic japanese here, but it is good tasting food...

Sushimi Tijuana es una pérdida total de tiempo y paciencia. He ido a dos sucursales, la de Alameda Otay y la de Galerías Hipódromo, y la verdad, en ambas el servicio fue pésimo. No es casualidad, es su “sistema” de trabajo.
Primero, desde que te sientas parece que te están haciendo un favor en atenderte. 20 minutos solo para traer las bebidas, y luego empieza el verdadero martirio: 50 minutos solo para una entrada (una simple tostada de atún). Ni siquiera la trajeron al principio como debería ser, sino hasta después, como si fuera un platillo principal.
Pero ahí no acaba… cuando por fin pedí mi platillo principal (rollos empanizados), después de esperar casi una hora y media, el mesero me trae unos rollos sin empanizar, como si yo no hubiera dicho nada. Le reclamé y simplemente me dijo: “Ah, ¿quería empanizados?”. Pues claro que sí, para eso los pedí empanizados.
El colmo es que nunca te ofrecen una disculpa, ni una solución, ni nada. Simplemente te ignoran y tú ahí, perdiendo la paciencia y preguntándote por qué no fuiste a otro lugar.
No vale la pena este restaurante. Ni la comida, ni el servicio, ni la experiencia en general. Hay lugares en Tijuana mil veces mejores para comer sushi, donde al menos...
