BIRRIA LA MEJOR — Restaurant in Baja California

I visited this restaurant on a food tour. It was really early in the morning, so the place was empty. I was surprised that a taco spot would be serving tacos at that time of morning. But hey, it's Taco Tuesday every day and every hour, in Tijuana! The cook was really reserved, very stoic, and didn't say much. We had the birria tacos, and they were delicious. Great birria, birria tacos and quesabirrias. They hit the spot for breakfast this morning after a long night at the track. I enjoyed the birria tacos and the quesabirria. The birria asada was good but it did not have the same taste as the regular birria(just my preference). It is a block off of revolución. They also serve a consomé with your taco and it was a nice appetizer to prime the palate for the birria. It only has 5 tables 12-13 persons at a time. Definitely will stop by here for some birria next time...

Hoy Domingo 18 de Mayo. Al entrar al local. No haviq ninguna mesa preparada cin salsa, limones, o ningún condimento. Al parecer se necesitan dos chicas para hacer el corte. Solo un muchacho preparando los tacos atendía. Había un grupo de 5 en una mes cuando llegamos mi novia y yo. Mi orden tardo en llegar. Pedí salsa. No se me ofreció ningún otro condimente. Pero la salsa era de chile de árbol. De la que es hecha con aceite. Pero era poro aceite. Con lo que parecía chile de árbol ya casi polborisado. Como si lo que queso dela última salsa que hicieron solo fue complementado con aceite. La salsa era casi puro aceite. Casi no tenía color de salsa. Pedí otra con menos aceite, el muchacho me dijo. Es lo único que me dejaron. Más que mal servicio al cliente, es falta de importancia por el cliente. Dos chicas para hacer el corte. 🤔, tal es vez ni existe un sutema con un programa con el que hagan el corte. Y una solo nones capas de hacerlo sola. El cliente tiene que pagar el precio con su tiempo Me levante de la mesa dejando los tacos y co some en la mesa.
