Blue Luna Garita San Ysidro — Restaurant in Baja California

Very disappointed. I haves tried several Blue Luna cafes and most are good but some are a miss. This one the employee was warming up my milk for my drink and I asked him to boil the milk extra hot. The barista said “yes” , handed me the drink and it was warm. I told him that the milk was warm and the barista told me that he was sure it was “very hot”. I gave the drink to my son, who drank it quickly . The drink tasted good but clearly not...

Pésimo trato a las personas aquí. El día de hoy visite el local, pedí su menú con la muchacha que me atendió en el mostrador y lo dejé en la mesa con mi maleta. Antes de ordenar pasé a hacer uso del sanitario :) y al salir me encuentro con una chica de camiseta blanca, que no fue quien me entregó el menú en el principio, y estaba muy molesta hablándome, diciéndome que el baño es para clientes… la forma en la que se dirige es totalmente carente de profesionalismo o un buen servicio de trato al cliente y sin siquiera saben o se coordinan para ver quién checa el menú o quien se mete al baño sin querer consumir 😂 Entiendo que haya gente que llega a querer sólo usar el baño pero por el hecho de estar en un lugar tan concurrido deberían de tener un sistema de logística para sus clientes.
