Holiday Lodge Motel — Hotel in San Diego

DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! I wish I didn’t have to post even ONE star, as I paid to park there monthly ($250 cash, which in San Ysidro is a decent amount of money) and a few weeks later was scared to death as a grumpy, nasty, old man, who is apparently a damn employee of the lot, rapidly approached my vehicle & began cursing & yelling at me. I then contacted the manager who gave me little resolve, assured me that Mr. Nasty Old Dude had done this many times before, but, it doesn’t seem to matter to them!! If you’re a woman, or have wives, mothers, sisters who are going to be here, I suggest you look elsewhere!!! There are many other lots on the border & I’m moving to those others as I type. If you care about your dignity & safety, don’t do it!!! They don’t even have the decency to offer me...

When I first came to this HOLIDAY LODGE MOTEL WAS WITH ONE OF MY FRIEND ABOUT 10 YEAR AGO ALSO WITH MY XS BOYFRIEND 10year ago now alone it just seems like it's different now.I don't know, maybe because of me. We were warned by the other reviews so I can't say we hated it since it was pretty much what we were expecting for for the last available room in the whole San Diego area cheaper then 150$... So anyway,the linens were so used they were fading,with lots of old stains,they were washed but so old,they should change them. And paint the walls. And clean the bed frame. The bathroom was very old too and it'd be fun to know if anyone has ever used that shower. It's noisy because it's in the middle of I-5 and the border. The staff was anyhow very nice and helpful.
