The most horrible experience I have ever encounter on a taco place or any restaurant in my life. The girl understood I order two tacos when I had order two tostadas, she went back to who ever, came back to me TELLING ME that I did order tacos with an attitude, I told her twice that I knew what I have order, that she had make a mistake and was not imposing her mistake on me, she keeps raising her voice I started raising mine, she grab the soda on the table and slap it on the table, screaming at me not to raise my voice on her...I got up (scared because I was not sure if she was to hit me with the bottle), I did started screening an throwing the soda I had onto her...the situation scaletted it was HORRIBLE, we just left the place. Friendly service but the food...mediocre. Their ADOBADA is dry, ASADA quite on the tough side, BIRRIA is OK, I've had better. Their handmade tortillas? bad. Waste of effort making them...again, I've had way better hand made tortillas. They have expanded the bar so I guess you have more choices on cocktails. The first couple of months, the food was better. And the first batch of employees were great. No it’s not Tacos el Frank! It’s just as good, cheaper, and you don’t have to wait in line forever. It’s conveniently located next to the new city plaza. The Tacos were excellent and their Adobada tacos are hot and fresh with just the right amount of crunch and a delicious sauce on them. They offer lingua tripa squared and birra tacos as well. Front side staff are quick and friendly, and kitchen staff fabricate your meal out in the open from scratch.
