Cherwin's a world of Fish is a seafood restaurant near the Otay international border. Looked like a great place for Sarandeado Fish. Started off with tortilla chips and two day old Pico de gallo and a Dos XX Michelada. We order a 1 kilo filet of Pescado Sarandeao and a shrimp ceviche . Fish was grilled and was very tasty not the best. Taste was 🐟 and strong fishy ifsmell maybe the fish needed to be washed better. Shrimp ceviche 🦐 was just okay. Michelada was flat and watery. Horrible experience, from the service, or lack of service to the food. Our waitress didn't get our order complete and instead of following up on our missing items, her and about 6 other waitresses were doing each other's make up and a few more doing each other's hair in the bathroom. Once we were able to get someone's attention to notify them of the missing food we were given an attitude and ended up waiting 45 mins before asking for the check and still no missing food. Where else can you get however many KILOS of fresh salmon grilled over charcoal? Healthiest choice around and delicious! You can find mariscos anywhere the mariscos here I think are average but this is the spot for anything sarrandeado (grilled over charcoal) and ice cold mini beers! This isn't a fancy spot.
