Restaurant Rock Lobster , Lobster house and Oyster Bar — Restaurant in Baja California

I really wanted to like this place more because of the reviews. The hidden restaurant was nice and quiet, which could have also been a bad sign.

The tortillas were fresh and delicious! The salsa and chips too! Unfortunately it stopped there. lobster was chewy, steak was ordered medium rare and popped out well done. We didn't get soup or other things listed on the menu. Over charged for an item we didn't order and the exchange rate was not the going rate. We paid $199 usd for 2 entrees, a burrito, fries and 3 cocktails. Service was slow, it seemed like our waiter was the bartender and chef. No music, no frills. Fyi- noticed zero vegan...

Who doesn’t love a place with lobster in the name?? 🦞 came for post-volleyball brunch and it was a good call. The lobster burrito was great and also the steak burrito.

My friend got the chilaquiles with green sauce and I said it was too spicy… I think the red sauce is usually better for chilaquiles personally so I’d recommend trying that!

Good margaritas (I always ask for no sugar - sin azucár - and it makes it more fresh). They prepared them perfectly!

Food, service and atmosphere were amazing. We really enjoyed this place. It's off the main road by one block but definitely worth the short walk. The wait staff was attentive and polite.
