Starbucks Salinas — Restaurant in Baja California

I have came here before with my baby and husband everything was fine no one told me nothing about bringing in my baby there’s no signs or nothing about babies or children’s coming in. Last night I went in for a coffee with my husband and baby. We entered they checked our temperature the lady who took our temperature wasn’t wearing a mask. Which I didn’t say anything about it. Our order was ready they didn’t give us a straw so we asked and they girl comes up to me hands me it and says “next time you come in your daughter has to wear mask” with the biggest attitude. I told her my baby is only 5 months old why would she need one. She “We have to protect ourselves and you can just put around her mouth and when you leave just take it off.” She sounded very stupid to say my 5 month old had to wear a mask. We were so excited to find a Starbucks in Tijuana but we’re saddened by the HORRIBLE customer service. When ordering, they rushed us and we’re not understanding of us not being able to order in another language. After placing our order it took about 20+ minutes to receive our items. When I kindly asked if I could purchase two extra shots of pumpkin syrup they refused. They would only add it to my coffee if I purchased an additional drink. Where is that amazing Starbucks customer service? Why would I have to buy a new drink if I was offering to pay for the extra pumps? Our pastries were stone cold and rock solid! This Starbucks near Tijuana's Twin Towers has the typical Starbucks of Mexico menu items with a very comfortable area to enjoy your food or drink. There is a nicely appointed outdoor terraza with sofas, tables and seating. Business people and students working solo or in groups with their connected devices work inside and out. As is expected, the internet is good. There is even a conference room that can be reserved. I highly recommend this location. There is some off-street parking available....
