A la Burger La Luna — Restaurant in Cancún

Texana burger $159 pesos but do not include fries!. So I know I was dealing with comedians ready to shortchange all along the way and each step. It is the first burger joint I go, where the fries are not included!! and the option and price of the missing fries is not mentioned in the menu. it is another $60 the server told me; and still we need to see how many they put. They could not even bother to put the option of the price of fries in the Menu. So they can charge you and give you what they want. The burger claims to have 2 varieties of cheese but had only one square cheapo cheese and the other was missing in actions, they shortchange here, then they shortchange in the champignons none even though the Texana claim to have champignons. Onion rings is in the plural but only had one, shortchanged there and I guess in the tomato too. It claim 140g but is one burger and another small one of different meat. one small slice of tomato and lettuce. then the bread break and obviously they do not provide a fork or toothpick, is a bare bone operation to maximize the extraction of money. Once the bread melts; you have to eat and pick the pieces with your finges. El mesero te exige el 10% de tu consumo total y aparte se indigna si no le dejas propina.

Domingo por la noche entre 9:30pm y 10:30pm visitamos la sucursal de la av. La luna.

Cada quien consumió el paquete de $140 pesos y entontal fueron 10 ordenes de hamburguesa, papas y refresco.

Al retirarnos dejamos el total del consumo y mas de $100 pesos en propina EN EFECTIVO!!!!

Al retirarnos el mesero nos detiene y nos dice que nos falto pagar el 10% mas propina.

Y NOS CUESTIONO!!! ☝️ que si recibimos un mal servicio de su parte. Con lo que yo le respondi. -no pero pararnos y nos exijas el 10% del total mas propina, SI. La propina es opcional. Aun que eso ya se le habia dejado el total del consumo y un poco mas de $100 pesos en propina.

En fin. Se le dio $100 pesos mas y nos retiramos, molestos he incomodos. Y lo peor con una mala experiencia. Ya que el el total del consumo ya se habia dejado y un poco mas $100 pesos que estamos seguros de que el mesero lo tomo antes de que nos detuviera y aun asi se le dio otros $100 pesos mas.

No se me hace justo y tampoco me parece que nos detuvieran para exigirnos el 10% porciento de lo que consumimos mas propina.

nos quedamos 5 min afuera del establecimiento a comentar lo que habia pasado y una chica delgada estatura promedio; que estoy segura de que se percato de lo sucedido salio a vernos pero no nos dijo nada.

Realmente su servicio no fue de 5 estrellas fue algo super X y que nos exigieran 10% y propina pues no esta chido...

Primera experiencia y la verdad fue una mala NO...

Que lastima que el restaurante “A la Burger Cancún” haya chafeado tanto... Ayer pasé por una hamburguesa, pues en algún momento recuerdo que eran buenas. Comenzando por el menú que estaba roto el espiral y sobre etiquetado, no creo que sea muy complicado elaborar unos nuevos y corregir los precios. El mesero que trato en todo momento sera amable, no tenia uniforme. Ni una playera, ni un mandil, gorra o cualquier objeto que te haga pensar que no es un cliente más; se aprendió la orden de memoria, no sé por demostrar que tiene buena retención o ni un block de comandas tienen. Todas las pantalla apagadas te hace pensar que ya van a cerrar o no hay servicio, pero cuando llegó otra colaboradora encendió una para ver una película. Un completo desastre los baños, con limpieza básica y sin papel para secarte las manos. Las hamburguesas ya no incluyen patatas fritas y cuando pedí unas gajo me dijeron que no había. Para preparar tu hamburguesa, la barra ya no cuenta con la variedad de salsas y aderezos que presumían antes; pues ya sólo le agregas lechuga, jitomate y pepinillos.
