Crispy Haus – Hamburguesas Retro & Malteadas — Restaurant in Cancún

The atmosphere and decor was awesome! The service was good. The problem...the preformed, frozen hamburger patties....like the kind you can buy at Walmart or Chedraui. Very disappointed since it is a hamburger place, but they cannot even make their own hamburgers with good, FRESH ground meat. There was no seasoning on the hamburger patties either. My wife could barely finish her simple cheeseburger because of the texture (typical of frozen preformed hamburger patties). Not sure how hard it is to use fresh ground beef when hamburgers are the only main food on your menu. Frozen "Certified Angus Beef" is still preformed frozen meat. The onion rings were also clearly pre-packaged and frozen. So, basically buy frozen food and sell it at the price of fresh. We are not tourist and most likely will not be back just to eat...

Tenia altas expectativas de este lugar por como se anuncian en las redes y por los influencers como "explorando rinconcitos".

El servicio muy lento y a la vez molesto. Pides una malteada y a los 20 min te la dan. Pedí una hamburguesa y esperé casi 45 min. En lo que me estaba tomando la malteada ya me la querían retirar varias veces cuando todavía no me la terminaba y eso es muy molesto porque no dejan degustar en paz en plan con amigos. Al momento de pedir la cuenta te recalcan en el ticket qué les dejes 15% de propina.

El lugar está bonito, decoración estilo retro pero es muy pequeño adentro. Las mesas es como para ir en parejas y no en grupos. La mesa grupal esta muy apenas y las sillas muy incómodas.

Y la comida me decepcionó. La hamburguesa qué pedí tardo casi 45 min, no estaba caliente estaba fría, el pan que usan es broche pero la forma de la tapa esta media bofa apachurrada, el tocino estaba incomible muy duro, como que se les pasó de frito, no incluye papas. Lo único que esta pasable son las malteadas, tienen sabores diferentes a comparación de otros lugares. Los precios son algo elevados y las porciones chicas.

Para estacionarse esta complicado porque no hay, si te puedes estacionar alfrente de ellos si es que encuentras lugar, si no, no hay forma.

En si el lugar es de esa temática pero ¿de qué sirve que sea bonito si la comida deja mucho qué desear y el servicio igual?

I ordered this food from uber eats. The fish & chips are the best in Cancun however I would expect more than two and half pieces for the price it cost. The bacon cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks are good portion and tasty. The tomato sauce for the mozzarella sticks is actually good and not like ketchup flavor. I love the lactose free milkshake option. I will definitely recommend this place and next time try it inside the restaurant. You can’t go wrong...
