When we went it was not crowded, we were seated right away. Our food assistant was very nice and we were able to place our food with no interruption. Placed our order and everything came out at a nice time.

Now when the lemonade along with the alcoholic beverage were both meh. The lemonade was very watered-down and the beverage lacked the flavors that of mango and tequila, was very disappointed from that end. The food on the other hand was good. The fish tacos were very tasty, the platter was ok. The chicken wasn't as good as we hoped, the sauce tasted a bit off.

Food is just okay, but the service and time it takes is terrible. They still expect a tip sometimes. Would avoid it at all costs. A short bus ride for only $1 will buy you much better opportunities. You could also just walk to some close places like Navios that have a much better vibe, higher quality of service and food. The menu is also very crappy and way too Americanized, not a good way to try local dishes. For the first night in Cancun, we were lazy and just wanted to take it easy so we decided to eat in the hotel. Food was overall disappointing compared to all the great food in downtown.
