When we went it was not crowded, we were seated right away. Our food assistant was very nice and we were able to place our food with no interruption. Placed our order and everything came out at a nice time. Now when the lemonade along with the alcoholic beverage were both meh. The lemonade was very watered-down and the beverage lacked the flavors that of mango and tequila, was very disappointed from that end. The food on the other hand was good. The fish tacos were very tasty, the platter was ok. The chicken wasn't as good as we hoped, the sauce tasted a bit off. But overall the atmosphere was chill and the staff was very friendly. @according2teau 👽🦄

Food is just okay, but the service and time it takes is terrible. They still expect a tip sometimes. Would avoid it at all costs. A short bus ride for only $1 will buy you much better opportunities. You could also just walk to some close places like Navios that have a much better vibe, higher quality of service and food. The menu is also very crappy and way too Americanized, not a good way to try local dishes. I also think that it is ridiculously expensive compared to what you get. 480 pesos, almost $30 for fish and chips two steps from the ocean?? What a waste. Drinks are very expensive too compared to their quality.

For the first night in Cancun, we were lazy and just wanted to take it easy so we decided to eat in the hotel. Food was overall disappointing compared to all the great food in downtown. The trompo pastor was our least favorite. The pork was super dry, and the diy taco concept was just messy in general. Their nachos was actually not too bad, very big portion for sure. It was definitely convenient to eat right at the hotel, and you got the beach view, but food quality was meh. Service was pretty slow too.
