We are renting an Airbnb that gives us free access to this beach club. For transparency the daily consumption is 1000 pesos per person and if you get access from an Airbnb you need to have your host call them every time you come so they don’t harass you. Even with access from a bnb you will be required to pay the minimum consumption on the weekends. The staff were ok but their management and communication are not the best. They tried to kick me out for asking simple questions and standing my ground that a minimum fee was not required for me as I am renting a residence with access. They also refused to bring me ice for my water bottle although I was purchasing food and had also purchased a big order yesterday when it wasn’t necessary to do so.
Nice atmosphere .. the food is ok… drinks are way over priced and watered down. Music is good if you like club bass and Rufus du sol type of music.
I’m sure there are better beach clubs not far from this one with similar consumption minimums. Funny enough there was barely anyone there today and they still wanted to question me and make an issue with me for not meeting their minimum. And come to find out they were bluffing on the minimum telling me it was 1500 pesos and once I talked to their PR person at the hotel it was revealed it’s ONLY 1000 pesos per person and has never been more than that. just be aware and don’t let them walk all over you!!
Ps they will include a tip - 15% to your bill. They don’t mention this when they start taking your order but it’s something you should know if you’re choosing...

Lors de ma visite, un serveur, m’a accueillie avec enthousiasme, m’affirmant que j’étais la bienvenue et qu’il m’offrait un cocktail. Son attitude était si chaleureuse que je n’ai pas douté de sa sincérité.
Mais au moment de régler l’addition, son discours a soudainement changé. Il s’est rétracté, me laissant payer pour ce qu’il avait présenté comme un geste de courtoisie. Ce genre de manipulation crée un profond malaise et laisse un goût amer à l’expérience.
Une grande déception pour un établissement qui, autrement, aurait pu être un lieu agréable. Je me demande si la direction est au courant de ces pratiques et si des mesures sont prises pour préserver l’image du restaurant.
