Hi guys, Today I was looking to have breakfast as I did not feel like making it at home, I came across Fidem- Cocina con fe. An amazing little place peace and quiet with great music choice playing while you waite for your food. Freshly made natural juice and food filled me up for the rest of the day. There is plenty of parking spots and the management is excellent. If you are in the area visit this location and you will be amazed with the personal service you will receive. They are closed on Saturdays so if you plan to go on Saturday please call and make sure they are open. I am attaching photos please pay attention to their logo and you will understand what I am referring to. Cheers And enjoy.

Excelente servicio y ambiente. Pero los huevos motuleños les faltó sabor a la salsa y las tostadas estaban reblandecidas y solo vi una yema. Fuera de ello excelente café de olla, excelente servicio muy amable el lugar es pequeño pero acogedor, sugiero reservar antes de ir en grupo.

Desayunos incompletos, sabor insípido , pedí un omelette y no les agregaron frijoles ni nopales, se ve que de por sí no tienen lo necesario para las comidas , ya que cuando llegue y pedí el primer desayuno tampoco tenían espinacas. El desayuno es simplemente huevo con jamón, eso me lo puedo hacer...
