La Barracruda de puerto Juárez — Restaurant in Cancún

Honestly, the worst experience. We arrived with my wife for a cocktail by the beach, no cocktail menu but we know that the bars around propose piña colada between 100-120 mxp. So we order 2 of them and we get 2 piña coladas diluted in 3/4 of the glass of ice, with little or no alcohol. I simply couldn’t finish my cocktail for the first time of my life. Then the bill arrives- 300 mxp. Added to this the toilet have feces all over the wall and turning the light on with my finger, I figured I just put my finger in a huge piece of fecal matter. I almost puked … Like a lot of people who want to enjoy a little trip in Cancun to relax by the beach, I just want to come to playa del niño to have a slice of real Mexican culture and I feel terrible and honestly scammed. After going through this how could I trust the place about fish sold by the kg ?I I could have gone there every night to have a drink or dinner but after this experience I would simply not recommend this place for foreigners … and I feel quite...

We just came for the drinks ( pretty tasty Pina colada)and enjoyed a lot how they treated us. Their waitress ) Jessica , speaks English. Really nice lady ( we didn't get the name, but we'll for sure comeback for dinner) . To the owner* you really lucky to have her as your staff member.

They are really cozy , music doesn't scream from everywhere, good menu, kids menu - hamburger, nuggets, fries, etc they have 4 different dishes...

This place is right next door to Pacho. Although it is not as nice, it is much more authentic. All restaurants were supposed to be closed because of the hurricane, but a few were open and there wasn’t a lot of people. Ordered the torre de mariscos. It’s off menu, so make sure you ask for it.
